中文摘要:最近几年网络经济在我国发展迅速,究其原因可以概括为多个方面。其中最关键的因素就是发展速度迅猛的网络游戏行业。网络游戏一方面推动网络经济发展,另一方面还受到其他行业的追捧,在万众瞩目当中逐步走向巅峰。根据移动网和互联网游戏市场数据调查结果显示,以中国网络游戏企业为目标,对其总体收入进行计算,估计在2012年其规模约为693.7亿元。网络游戏产业作为一个新兴的高新技术产业,逐渐己经成为同音乐和影视并重的休闲娱乐产业。网络游戏行业原本的竞争状态表现为无序竞争,近些年随着行业发展逐渐成熟,再加上国家重新调整产业政策,以及法律对其限制,其竞争状态已得到很大改善。对该行业的研究,主要是从其核心竞争力着手,对其一般规律进行获取。一方面,它给该行业潜在的进入者提供一个借鉴平台,对于一些网络企业,尤其是不具备核心竞争优势找到一个契机;另一方面,让投资者对该行业有一定的基础认识,带动该行业的投资热潮。盛大网络作为国内首家赴海外上市(纳斯达克)的网络游戏企业,具有极强的代表性。本次研究也想通过了解和分析盛大网络的企业核心竞争力,来认识盛大网络是怎样从一家默默无名的公司一跃成为国内网游第一家IPO上市企业。考虑到我国加入世贸组织后,国际化竞争日趋激烈,希望本论文能够提供参考借鉴价值,让中国企业可以在新兴网络游戏行业中谋求有利的市场竞争地位。 
英文摘要:In recent years, China's Internet economy has achieved rapid growth, it should be said that there are a lot of reasons. Online game industry from scratch, is undoubtedly one of the important factor, because of the sudden emergence of the online gaming industry, making both become a major driver of the Internet economy, but also widespread concern in many enterprises and sought after climbing down step by step. 2012, the Internet and mobile gaming market calculations, Chinese online game company's overall revenue reached 69.37 billion RMB. Online game industry as an emerging high-tech industries, and gradually has become with the music and film industries of both the leisure and entertainment. In the adjustment of national industrial policy and legal constraints, with the continuous improvement of industry maturity, the online gaming industry has been through a disorderly competition gradually entered the orderly competition stage. Research in this industry core competitiveness of enterprises how to obtain a general rule, it can be potential entrants in this industry has not yet formed the core competitive advantage of those companies have a certain reference, you can also make the emerging online game industry investment boom in this industry investors have a preliminary understanding. Shanda as the first overseas listing (NASDAQ) online game companies, with strong representation. The study also want to understand and analyze Shanda's core competitiveness of enterprises, to understand how Shanda from an obscure company became the first domestic IPO market online business. Combined with China's accession to WTO, the international competition realistic background, the emerging industry companies seeking favorable competitive position in the market but also when there is some reference value.
