中文摘要：	摘 要论文以深圳市综合设计研究院（以下简称“综交院”）为例，探索企业管理模式的创新方案，以适应该企业目前和未来发展的需要。综交院作为交通规划设计企业，主要为政府和企业提供交通项目前期咨询设计及规划研究，从事公路、市政道路、桥梁、隧道等工程项目的咨询、设计以及交通政策、交通规划研究等相关技术服务，为交通行业的部门和单位提供综合解决方案。近年来由于深圳市道路建设的步伐减缓，投资规模有所下降，加上市场竞争激烈，综交院必须对内、外部的市场环境做出系统的分析和判断，制订符合自己实际情况和业务发展需要的管理模式和经营方式，才有可能实现企业的可持续发展。实证分析和理论分析相结合，是论文研究的主要方法。本文以综交院现状为基础，理论联系实际，运用理论分析与实务分析相结合的方法，从管理及管理创新理论到管理模式理论，从综交院的经营情况、发展规划及管理模式特点等方面对综交院进行综合研究分析，找出现有管理模式的不足；在此基础上，运用管理模式的相关理论并借鉴国内外优秀企业的管理模式，对综交院的管理模式进行了创新设计，系统、合理的规划了综交院未来的管理模式和管理架构。作者试图从发展定位、模式选择、设计目标等三方面进行管理模式的创新和构建，认为应将综交院目前的技术驱动型管理模式调整为在深圳本地采用资源控制型管理模式，在深圳以外采用“营销+整合”型管理模式。这一新模式必将对综交院的可持续发展创造更多机遇，也可为同类企业提供有益借鉴。
英文摘要：	Abstract The purpose of this dissertation is investigating the innovation scheme for enterprise management model to meet the needs of current and future development, the research object is Shenzhen Transportation Design & Research Institute (TDRI). As a transportation planning and design enterprises, TDRI mainly provide prophase consulting design and planning research of transportation projects for government and enterprises, including consulting and design of engineering project such as highways, municipal roads, bridges, tunnels and related technical services of transportation policy and transportation planning studies, which provide integrated solutions for departments and units of transportation industry. In recent years, due to the slow pace of road construction, decline of investment scale and competitive market, TDRI must take system analysis and judgment of internal and external market environment, and formulate management mode and business methods that fit to the actual situation and business development necessary, only that can achieve sustainable development of enterprises. The methods used in our study are the objective analysis and theoretical analysis. The basis of the research is known as the concepts and theories of enterprise management, the management mode of domestic and foreign outstanding enterprises, and the manage situation, development planning and the features and problems of the management model for TDRI. The author presented the objectives and principles for innovation of management model in TDRI. Three aspects were adopted in the research to the innovation and construction of management model, such as development orientation, model innovation. The research we have done suggests that the management model need to adjust in TDRI, it was transform the technology-driven management model to the resource-controlled model within Shenzhen region and “integrated + marketing” model outside Shenzhen region. The new management model in the dissertation presented is bound to create more opportunities for TDRI’s sustainable development, can also provide useful reference for other enterprises.
