| 中文摘要: | 改革开放以来,我国小微企业有了迅速的发展,对国民经济的贡献度也逐步提升,成为了经济改革中最活跃的力量。但是,小微企业由于自身存在的经营规模小、信用等级差、资金成本低等特点,目前普遍存在着融资难度大、成本高的问题。尤其是目前我国整体资金存量不足、银行业的贷款资源不足现象普遍存在,在这种情况下,小微企业融资难问题日益显现,严重制约其发展。随着利率市场化的逐步推进,商业银行面临着越来越多的竞争压力和挑战,以往的大中型业务利息收入逐渐萎缩,各银行需要通过战略转型改变原有的业务重点和盈利模式,小微企业业务成为各银行关注的焦点,如何制定和实施小微企业业务发展战略,在激烈的市场竞争中建立优势,形成一种可持续发展的模式成为商业银行亟需探索的课题。 本文通过分析小微企业融资特点介绍了目前小微企业在融资上所遇到的困难,对产生融资难的原因进行了分析,介绍了目前商业银行小微企业金融服务现状,找出商业银行在小微企业金融服务工作中存在的问题和原因,通过介绍浙商银行天津分行小微企业金融服务战略为解决这些问题提供一定的参考。在案例分析中,首先对浙商银行以及天津分行的发展情况及小微企业金融服务工作开展情况进行了简要介绍,描述了浙商银行天津分行选择集群化的小企业经济体批量开发、综合营销战略的具体内容,并分析这一战略选择的依据,在此基础上从组织架构、制度建设、流程改造、业务发展策略、资源配备、产品创新等方面详细剖析浙商银行天津分行在实施小微企业金融服务战略过程中所采取的一系列措施和手段,探索商业银行发展小微企业业务,实现战略转型,缓解小微企业融资难问题的策略安排,为商业银行小微企业金融服务工作提供一些参考。 通过本文的分析可以看出,目前,商业银行在服务小微企业的过程中,缺乏针对小微企业特点的业务流程和制度体系,没有形成完成的服务战略模式,商业银行必须建立一整套围绕小微企业特色的业务发展战略,才能够真正实现对小微企业的扶持以及自身的可持续发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the reform and open policy, our country small and micro businesses have developed rapidly, the contribution to the national economy gradually, become the most active force in economic reform. However, small and micro businesses because of its existing small scale, poor credit rating, the cost of capital is low, the current widespread financing difficulty is big, the problem of high cost. Especially widespread loan resources shortage phenomenon at present our country overall capital stock shortage, banking, in this case, the financing problem of small and micro businesses increasingly apparent, seriously restricting the development of. With the marketization of interest rate step by step, commercial banks are facing more and more pressure of competition and challenge, the large and medium-sized business interest income gradually atrophic, banks need to change the original focus on business and profit model transformation through strategy, small and micro businesses business has become the focus of attention of the bank, how to formulate and implement the small and micro businesses business development strategy, establish the advantage in the fierce market competition, the formation of a sustainable development model to become commercial banks need to explore the topic. In this paper, through the analysis of small and micro businesses financing features introduced the small and micro businesses encountered in the financing difficulties, the reason for difficulties in financing are analyzed, introduced the commercial bank small and micro businesses financial service present situation, find out the commercial banks in the small and micro businesses financial services work problems and reasons existing, through the introduction of China Zheshang Bank Tianjin branch of small and micro businesses financial services strategy to provide some reference to solve these problems. In the case study, first the development of Zheshang Bank and Tianjin branch and small and micro businesses financial services to carry out the work briefly, describes China Zheshang Bank Tianjin branch selection economy cluster of small enterprise development, batch specific content of the comprehensive marketing strategy, and analyzes the strategic choice of the basis, a series of measures and means on the basis of this from the organizational structure, system, process reengineering, business development strategy, resources, products innovation, a detailed analysis of China Zheshang Bank Tianjin branch in the implementation of small and micro businesses financial services strategy adopted in the process, explore the development of small and micro businesses of commercial banks, to achieve a strategic transformation, alleviate the small and micro businesses financing arrangement strategy, to provide some reference for commercial banks to small and micro businesses and financial services. Through this analysis we can see that, at present, commercial banks in the process of serving small and micro enterprises, the lack of business processes and institutional system for small and micro business characteristics, there is no strategy to complete the service model, commercial banks must establish a set around a small micro-enterprise features business development strategy, to be able to truly support to small and micro enterprises and their sustainable development. | |
