中文摘要：	工程项目管理是建筑施工企业管理中的基础性内容，也是其最为重要的构成部分。对于建筑施工企业而言，项目是其立业之本，项目管理的好坏则直接关系到企业的获利能力，甚至能够直接决定企业的生死存亡。因此，研究建筑施工企业的工程项目管理之中存在的各项问题，并且有针对性的提出优化建议，对建筑施工企业的发展具有非常重要的现实意义。文章以HS集团公司作为实证研究对象，首先对工程项目管理优化的基本理论与基本的优化方法进行了介绍，主要包括了项目管理理论、管理优化的基本理论以及项目评审法与关键路线法等基本的优化方法。然后，文章对HS集团公司工程项目管理的现状、存在的问题以及具体的原因进行了分析，并且从项目成本控制、进度控制以及质量控制几个方面分析了项目管理优化的必要性。在上述研究的基础上，文章有针对性的提出了HS集团公司工程项目管理优化方案，具体包括了施工前的项目投标管理与分配管理以及施工过程中的进度、成本、质量以及安全等多个方面的优化途径。最后，文章从构建科学的企业文化、加强人才供给机制的建设以及完善相关管理制度等几个方面为HS集团公司工程项目管理优化方案的实施提供了相应的保障。希望本文的研究，对于我们更好的了解目前建筑施工企业的项目管理现状，发现其存在的问题，并提供有针对性的项目管理优化对策能够起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。
英文摘要：	Project management is the management of construction enterprises based content, but also its most important components. For construction companies, the project is its Founding of the quality of project management directly related to the company's profitability, even be able to directly determine the survival of enterprises. Therefore, the study of construction project management companies exist among the various problems and targeted optimization proposal,the development of construction enterprises has a very important practical significance. Articles Company as the empirical study, the first of project management optimization of the basic theory and basic optimization methods were introduced, including the project management theory, management optimization of the basic theory and project evaluation and review technique and critical path method, and other basic optimization method.Then,the article company project management status quo, existing problems and the specific reasons for the analysis, and from the project cost control, schedule control and quality control analysis of several aspects of project management optimization necessity.Based on these studies, the article proposes targeted company project management optimization program, specifically including the pre-construction project bidding management and distribution management, and the progress of the construction process, cost, quality, and safety and other aspects optimization approach. Finally, the article from the scientific enterprise culture construction, strengthen the construction of talent supply mechanism and improve relevant management systems and other aspects of project management for the company optimize implementation of the program to provide the appropriate protection. I hope this study, for us to better understand the current construction enterprise project management status and found that its problems and provide targeted project management optimization measures can play some reference and reference.
