| 中文摘要: | 摘要随着全球化信息和技术的发展加快,各行各业间的竞争也进入到了白热化的阶段,封闭式的创新模式不仅会增加新品的研发成本,也可能因没有及时对新研发的产品做出正确判断,而错过很多重要机遇。因此,开放式创新是解决这一问题的重要研究,选择什么样的开放式创新模式对于企业的未来发展有着重要意义,本文正是以此理论的基础上提出的新观点。本文运用开放式创新理论,深入分析了开放式创新的概念、特点和内部结构,提出了分别基于创新主体和创新资源获取的纵向创新模式与横向创新模式两种开放式创新模式;进一步,以通广集团所面临的新的创新环境为切入点,采用规范研究、定性研究的方法,把开放式创新模式逐步地应用于企业的研究中。对通广集团的创新资源分布情况和外部环境的客观分析,是选择创新模式的理论依据。通过分析通广集团研发现状,从技术创新的外部环境和内部机制方面进行剖析,发现通广集团在开放式创新过程中的资源获取有两个方面:纵向资源获取和横向资源获取。纵向资源获取包括用户参与、供应商参与两种获取方式;横向资源获取包括企业间直接合作、产学研合作、科技中介参与和网络创新平台与外包四种获取方式。在基于上述理论的研究,本文从现实环境与客观因素的角度出发,总结出通广集团开放式创新的主导模式为开放式合作创新,并进一步研究出了通广集团开放式合作创新的对策。通过不同方式的途径,最终建立以企业为核心,联合社会各界力量的国际化开放式创新体系;通过内外部优势资源的综合管理利用,实现通广集团逐步从研发技术落后走向技术先进,从低端产品制造,低附加值向高端产品制造、高附加值的迈进。关键词:开放式创新 通广集团 创新系统 资源获取 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract Along with the acceleration of globalization information and technology,all walks of life has competed very intensely, Closed innovation as the R&D strategy can increase the R&D costs, furthermore, some new important chances are usually missed because companies can not choose the right judgment quickly to the new technologies and inventions. So,the open innovation pattern is the important research to solve this question. It is very significant for a company to choose what kind of open innovation pattern. This thesis is the new program which under this objective. On the basis of existing theory, the thesis firstly studies on the concepts and characters of open innovation by using the theories of open innovation. Then, we establish two kinds of pattern of open innovation,i.e. vertical and horizontal innovations, which are based on the main body and resource acquisition of innovation. Moreover,with the newly innovation environment which Tianjin Communication And Broadcasting Group Limited Company (TCB) is confronted with, we apply tentatively the model study of open innovation to the regional study of industry,by the method of normative research and qualitative research. It is the basis for our choice of the open innovation to analyze internal existing resources and external strategic environment. Through the research and development status of TCB, we find out that our company getting the resource of open innovation has two aspects, longitudinal resources and transverse resources, by the way of external environment and internal mechanism in the technological innovation. The side of longitudinal resources includes user participation and supplier involvement, the other side of transverse resources covers four ways which are direct cooperation between enterprises, cooperative education, science and technology intermediary participation and network innovation platform with epiboly. According to the analysis above, the thesis figures out suitable innovation pattern of TCB should be cooperative open innovation. Furthermore, it puts forward the countermeasures of this pattern. Through many different ways, we form an enterprise-centered and international open innovation system to improve internal innovation mechanism to effectively utilize the external resources and to enhance independent innovation capability of TCB.
