中文摘要:现代企业之间的竞争已经从单一企业之争演变为包括供应商、生产商、零售商在内的供应链之争,银行特别是股份制商业银行若能将金融产品充分运用到整个供应链环节,势必会有效缓解当前利率市场化和金融脱媒为其带来的冲击。在此形势下,寻求股份制商业银行供应链金融业务的发展思路,建立适合银行发展的供应链金融管理体系具有重要意义。文章根据中信银行供应链金融实际操作经验,从股份制商业银行发展供应链金融的优势和瓶颈入手,通过对中信银行供应链金融业务营销管理与风险管理的分析得出了如下结论:营销管理中,发展供应链金融业务选择“1+N”的发展思路对市场的抢占效率会更高效,建立行业金融专家队伍是发展供应链金融业务的人才基础,针对供应链金融业务推动周期特点,需要将员工考核分为客户经理与产品经理两套考核路径,客户经理注重短期业绩考核,产品经理则注重长期效益考核。风险管理中,通过对中信银行模式的“1+N”网络型供应链金融业务风险分析,根据中信银行总行营业部五年的供应链金融业务经验和数据积累,总结出不同的风险因素在不同环节过滤的过滤比例,将各风险要素进行权重分析,详细介绍了中信银行网络内渠道商打分卡授信审批体系的设计原理、体系构成和应用等内容。该创新型审批体系为风险管理人员提供了风险审批依据,大大降低了授信管理中的人员操作风险,也提高了审批效率。在营销管理与风险管理完善的基础上,介绍了中信银行供应链金融业务全流程标准化的管理模式即从产品设计、贷前管理、贷中管理、贷后管理、法律文本五个角度,建立统一制式的操作方法,更有助于银行供应链金融业务健康高效的发展。通过对中信银行供应链金融业务实践分析,旨在为我国股份制商业银行供应链金融业务的发展提供一些经验借鉴。 
英文摘要:Nowadays the competition among modern enterprises has shifted from the power of the corporations to the supply chain which includes the suppliers, the manufacturers, and the retailers. If banks, especially the joint-stock commercial banks, could apply the financial products to every stage of supply chain adequately, they would largely decrease the impact of interest rates liberalization and financial disintermediation. Under this circumstance, it is essentially important for the joint-stock commercial banks to seek for suitable ways of developing supply chain finance and establish an efficient management framework correspondently. In the dissertation, based on the practical experience of supply chain finance in China Citic Bank, the author starts from the discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of developing supply chain finance in joint-stock commercial banks. By analyzing the marketing management and risk management of supply chain finance, the author has reached the following conclusions: In terms of marketing management, in order to develop supply chain finance, the adoption of the ‘1+N’ mode is highly efficient in boosting market shares. Establishing a team of industry financial experts is the foundation to promote the supply chain finance. According to the cyclic characteristics of promoting supply chain finance, it is necessary to divide the evaluation of employee into two dimensions, the evaluation of the customer manager and that of product manager. Specifically, the evaluation of the customer manager focuses on the short-term performances, while the evaluation of the product managers lays emphasis on long-term profit. For risk management, by analyzing the risk points in the ‘1+N’ mode of supply chain finance in China Citic Bank, with the five-year experience and data collected in the Operation and Business Department, the author finds that different percentages of risk factors are filtered out on different stages of credit approval process. By analyzing the percentages of risks filtered on different stages of credit approval process, the author introduces the design principles, structure and utilizations of a new method of ‘marking card’, which can not only greatly decreases the operation risk of the bank risk investigators but also greatly raises the efficiency of credit approval. On the basis of refining the marketing management and risk management, the author also recommends a full-process standard management framework of supply chain finance in China Citic Bank. The framework establishes a unified operational system from five perspectives consisting of product design, management of pre-crediting, crediting, and post-crediting and legal texts, which is of great help to the health and efficient development of supply chain finance in joint-stock commercial banks. Through the discussion of practical experience of supply chain finance in the China Citic Bank, the dissertation aims to provide valuable lessons of developing supply chain finance in joint-stock commercial banks.
