中文摘要：	北京航天万源科技公司隶属于中国航天科技集团公司下属中国运载火箭技术研究院，是一家国有独资的全民所有制企业，是一家专业从事系统集成、控制系统、电子信息技术、机械装备、环保节能、安防工程等产品的技术与知识高度密集型的科研生产集团。集团化的运营方式和密集的先进技术开发与应用对北京航天万源科技公司的管理模式提出了更高的要求，因此北京航天万源科技公司的组织与管理创新尤为重要。所以北京航天万源科技公司要实现精细化的集团化运营，实现公司新环境下的大发展，就必须做好管理模式的创新工作，在很大程度上可以确保北京航天万源科技公司在现有技术与规模水平的基础上，实现新的、质的飞跃。在管理模式的创新过程中北京航天万源科技公司已经逐步将组织体制与管理机制的创新作为管理模式创新的重点。 本文从北京航天万源科技公司组织与管理现状分析入手，通过个案研究法、文献查阅法、综合分析法以及理论联系实际的方法对北京航天万源科技公司组织与管理创新进行研究。探讨了北京航天万源科技公司进行组织与管理创新的必要性。结合集团化管理理论和协同效应理论，重点对北京航天万源科技公司组织与管理存在的问题进行相关分析。依据分析发现的问题并结合相关管理理论，给出了北京航天万源科技公司组织与管理创新的思路。依据创新思路和北京航天万源科技公司在组织与管理方面的研究成果对北京航天万源科技公司的组织体制创新和管理机制创新分别进行了目标和方案设计。为北京航天万源科技公司未来组织与管理创新方向和创新措施提供了可参考的方案，同时也为我国航天民用产业企业的组织与管理创新提供了一定的借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	The Beijing Aerospace Wanyuan Science & Technology Corporation is a nationalized business and subordinate units of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology under units of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.It put forward higher requirements about the management model in Beijing Aerospace Wanyuan Science & Technology Corporation for the way of Group and the intensive development and application of advanced technology. Therefore，the Organization and Management Innovation by analyzing the present situation of Organization and Management in Beijing Aerospace Wanyuan Science & Technology Corporation as a focus for consideration. This thesis investigates the necessity of the Organization and Management Innovation by analyzing the present situation of Organization and Management in Beijing Aerospace Wanyuan Science & Technology Corporation.Combining with Group of management theory and Synergy theory, Focusing on the problems of Organization and Management in Beijing Aerospace Wanyuan Science & Technology Corporation.
