中文摘要：	伴随着我国社会经济的迅猛发展，产业结构、经济结构都发生了巨大的变化，非公有制经济已经成为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部份。非公有制企业党建工作已经成为巩固党的执政地位，加强党的执政能力，在实践中贯彻三个代表的重要思想，引导非公有制企业和谐健康发展的一项重大课题。近年来学术界和各级党委都高度重视非公有制企业党建工作，并在理论上和实践上取得了一系列的成果。但是，由于非公有制企业党建具有一定的特殊性和复杂性，其党建工作的开展面临着诸多的问题，需要进一步的探讨和研究。企业文化作为一种新型的管理理论，为非公有制企业的党建工作开展提供了有效的载体，将先进的企业文化与党建工作相结合，通过文化的辐射和渗透作用，一方面有利于推动非公有制企业党建不断创新，另一方面也有利于非公有制企业和谐健康稳定发展。 本文采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法，以企业文化为视角展开党建工作的研究。本论文共分为四个部分： 第一部分为引言，主要说明了研究的背景，明确了研究的意义，并对文章的基本概念加以界定，对非公有制企业党建研究和企业文化研究的文献资料和相关理论进行梳理。 第二部分通过实证的方法，以天津市北辰区非公有制企业党建工作为例探究其存在的四个方面的问题，这四方面这反映出企业文化建设的缺失，这一部分为将党建与企业文化相结合提供实证依据。 第三部分为非公有制企业党建工作与企业文化建设的关系说明。这一部分主要分析了这二者的异同点和相互作用的共生关系，从理论上说明企业文化与非公企业党建工作相结合的必要性。 第四部分主要说明非公有制企业党建工作与企业文化建设相结合的原则，并进一步分析这二者相结合的途径，以期对推动非公企业党建和企业文化建设有所裨益。
英文摘要：	With the rapid development of our social economy, tremendous changes have happened in the industrial structure and the economic structure. The non-public economy has been an important part of our socialist market economic. The non-public enterprises party construction has been an important subject which consolidates with the position of the governing, strengthens party reigning ability，implements the important thoughts of “three represents”, guides the healthy development of non-public enterprises. The non-public enterprises party construction has been a new area, to which more importance has been attached and more achievement has been produced. However, owing to the complexity and the particularity of the non-public enterprises party construction, the party construction faces many issues and need further discussion and study. The thesis explores the party construction of the non-public enterprises on the view of enterprise culture with the method of the combination of theory analysis and thr practice research. This thesis includes four parts: The first part is the instruction, which consists of the research background, the research significance, the definition of the basic concept and the literature review of the party construction of the non-public enterprises and the enterprise culture. The second part takes the party construction of the non-public enterprises in Bei Chen District of Tian Jin Province as an example to research empirically with the method of the survey. We analyze there are four aspects of the problem with the party construction of the non-public enterprises. The Problem reflects the deletion of the enterprise culture. And this part provides the evidence to the combination of party construction of the non-public enterprises and the enterprise culture. The third part illustrates the relation between the party construction of the non-public enterprises and the enterprise culture. In this part, we analyze the similarity and the difference a, and the symbiotic relationship of the party construction of the non-public enterprises and the enterprise culture. It is necessary to combine the party construction of the non-public enterprises and the enterprise culture in theory. The forth part puts forward some suggestions to the combination of party construction of the non-public enterprises and the enterprise culture on the principle of the combination so as to push forward the party construction of the non-public enterprises and the enterprise culture.
