中文摘要:摘 要 灵芝是目前全球实用保健品之一,在我国有千年的灵芝食用历史,在本草纲目就有食用灵芝的记载,灵芝市场除中国市场外,韩国、日本等食用灵芝产品也非常盛行,灵芝原料在绿色环境中种植,即没有工业污染,也没有化学污染,是当今市场消费热点产品,市场前景广阔。如果采用科学的加工工艺,提高产品质量和档次,保持好丰富的营养,将会占领更大的市场,带动产业的发展。随着灵芝产业的不断发展壮大和国际国内市场需求量的增加,对灵芝系列深加工产品开发满足了不同市场多层次、多档次需求的重要发展方向,而且也是增加产品附加值和提高产业整体效益的根本要求。同时灵芝具有观赏特征,大面积种植灵芝,还能够打造生态旅游。为了适应市场需求,提高农业产业化的经营水平,增加农民收入,提高企业效益,依据国家有关产业政策,该项目的实施对产业发展具有重要意义。 本文以灵芝系列产品为核心,针对以灵芝为原料,研究如何建立此类产品的产业链,同时笔者以计划在黑龙江牡丹江地带投资的灵芝产业园为依托。并结合灵芝产品的特点,研究以灵芝为原料的保健品行业产业发展。并提出从灵芝原料的菌种、种植、深加工、营销管理、品牌策划、投资回报等各方面进行阐述。并结合现实情况对行业情况进行了剖析。提出如何投资灵芝产业园,本文立足于行业的特征,从投资策略、客户细分及目标客户定位、产品创新、流程优化、全面风险管理等方面构建灵芝产品的投资及管理模式。 本文的主要创新点主要体现在以下三个方面:第一,本文将管理学理论和金融学理论、市场营销理论、项目管理理论有机的结合在一起,用管理学的理论指导分析市场。第二,本文理论结合实际,将理论与灵芝产业的投资策略实际情况紧密地结合在一起,有效地用理论指导了现实问题的解决,搭建起具有较强操作性的灵芝产业原作模式;第三,将风险管理理念和意识贯穿始终,本文研究提出的投资策略、营销管理模式是基于风险可控的前提下,是在全面风险管理的框架内搭建的管理模式,而不是片面、盲目、激进的发展策略。  
英文摘要:Abstract Gyrophora is one of the most effective health care foods currently in the world. In China, eating Gyrophora has more than one thousand years history and it was recorded in Compendium of Materia Medica. Except for China market, Gyrophora is also very popular in Korea and Japan. Gyrophora is growing in the green environment without industrial and chemical pollution. It is one of the popular consumer products in the current market and has very good market future. If we take the scientific process to manufacture Gyrophora, we can improve the product quantity and level, maintain Gyrophora’s ample nutrition. So the market share will grow and develop the whole Gyrophora’s industry. With the Gyrophora’s industry growing and the needs growing in the local and international markets, the development and deep-process for the Gyrophora series products not only meet the demands of the different markets, but also add the product’s value and improve the profit of the whole industry. At the same time, Gyrophora is an ornamental plant. Planting Gyrophora in a vast area can make the ecotypical tourism industry. In order to adapt the market needs and improve the agricultural level, to improve the farmer’s income and company’s profit, according to the related country’s policy, this project implement will have very important meaning for the whole industry’s development. This article focuses on Gyrophora’s series products to study how to set up its product chain based on Gyrophora’s material. At the same time, the writer will study the health care foods development of Gyrophora’s material based on Gyrophora development zone in Mudanjian area, Hai Longjian province. This article describes in detail the fungus seed of Gyrophora, planting, deep-process, market management, branding, investment and etc. This article analyses the whole industry based on the fact and provides the suggestion on how to invest Gyrophora’s industry zone. This article is based on the industry character to set up the method of the investment and management regarding Gyrophora products from the standpoint of investment strategy, customer analysis and target customer position, product innovation, process improvement and entire risk management and so on. The main innovation of this article is as following: First, this article combined the theory of management and finance, marketing and project management together, analyzed the market using the management theory. Secondly, this article combined the theory with the fact, combined the theory with the investment strategy in Gyrophora’s industry together, effectively solved the actual problems using the theory and set up the method of how to run and operate a Gyrophora’s industry zone. Lastly, the theory and concept of risk management is throughout this article. The investment strategy and the market management method this article provided are based on the risk management. All these management method is built within the entire risk management, not one-sided, sightless and aggressive development strategy.
