中文摘要:随着世界安全形势不断受到挑战和信息技术的不断发展,智能视频在社会安全中发挥着越来越重要的作用。近年来,安防科技企业在产品研发、科技投入等诸方面做出了很多积极的探索,但是,很多企业还是无法摆脱科技投入低、产品附加值低、产品售价低的状况。其核心问题是如何在充分竞争的市场条件下,通过寻找到适合本企业发展的一片“蓝海”。为此,明确科学的竞争策略,抓住安防技术发展的趋势,已经成为这类企业面临的迫切任务。 本文深入探讨我国科技安防市场的特征,指出了其独特性:标准不够统一,应用需求尚需引导,厂商实力需要进一步提高。S公司作为一家新兴的高科技企业,依托国家对科技企业的支持和自身优势,谋求智能视频的创新和突破。笔者将S公司作为研究对象,对公司的所在行业进行了认真、细致的分析,剖析了公司现状以及面临的竞争形势。详细的分析了公司的优劣势,找出公司可能实施的竞争战略,并创新的提出了竞争战略组合实施的计划;为了保障竞争战略的顺利实施,笔者还从营销、产品与技术、服务等方面设计了竞争战略实施措施,从组织、制度、文化等三个方面设计了保障措施,以支持竞争战略更有效的运作。 本文运用了管理学的竞争战略理论和市场细分理论,在理论分析的基础上,将定性分析与案例分析结合起来,抓住行业发展的特点,结合S公司发展现状及存在的现实问题,提出了一个更为完善有效的竞争战略。具有丰富的实践指导意义。同时,注重理论联系实际,不局限于研究竞争战略理论,而是对竞争战略理论充分理解的基础上,详细设计竞争战略实施措施,保障机制等,使得本论文结论更有说服力。 
英文摘要:As the world's security situation continues to be challenge dintelligent video plays a more and more important role in the social security with the development of the information technology. In recent years security technology enterprises have made a lot of active exploration on product development and science and technology investment. However, many enterprises still can not get rid of the situations of low technological input, low value-added products and low product prices. To find the "blue ocean" which will be a suitable development of the enterprise in conditions of fully competitive market has become the core issue. Therefore, to grasp the development trend of security technology and a clear scientific competition strategy has become an urgent task of these enterprises. This thesis discusses the characteristics of China's science and technology of the security market, and points out its uniqueness: the standard is not unified, the application demand still need guide and the manufacturers` strength need to be improved. Company Sis a new high-tech enterprise, relying on the support of national science and its own advantages, which seeks innovation and breakthrough of the intelligent video. As the research object, this the siscarry out a careful and detailed analysis of company Son the its industry and analyzes the company status and competition situation. Also this thesis contains a detailed analysis of the company's advantages and disadvantages, helps to find out available competition strategy and provides the plans of implementing competition strategy. In order to guarantee the smooth implementation of competitive strategy, I design the measure of implementing competition strategy from marketing, service and product and technology. To support the effective operation of competitive strategy I design the measure from organization, institution and culture. On the basis of theoretical analysis of the competitive strategy theory and market segmentation theory, combined with the development situation and the existing problem of company S, the qualitative analysis and case studies and the characteristics of the development of the industry, this thesis provides a better and effective competition strategy. It has wealth of practical guiding significance. At the same time focusing on linking theory with practice, not limited to the study of the theory of competitive strategy and based on the full understanding of competitive strategy theory makes this thesis more persuasive.
