中文摘要:移动终端通讯产品的代工产业,虽然有短短十几年的历史,但是随着移动通讯产品的普及、产品利润率的下降、小批量和短周期的新特点,其竞争也逐步的加剧起来,一些企业没有及时调整自己的战略,无法适应市场的需求,在近几年被迫退出或被收购。光宝移动公司作为一个中型的移动终端通讯产品代工企业,随着其主要客户诺基亚市场份额的下降和竞争对手的壮大,其业务量呈现出急剧下降的趋势,面临着亏损的危险。本论文旨在于研究和发现光宝移动现有战略中存在的问题,并制定出符合现状的光宝移动新的发展战略。本文运用战略管理学,竞争战略和管理学的相关理论,例如,波特五力模型分析法,SWOT分析法,产业价值链分析法,资源整合分析法等,对光宝移动公司战略进行了分析和研究。首先,笔者对本文的选题背景,目的和意义,研究方法进行阐述,接着,对相关理论和模型进行阐述和说明。然后,运用管理工具和相关模型对光宝移动公司所在的宏观环境和产业环境进行分析,指出光宝移动在目前的形势下面临的威胁和潜在的机会。然后,对光宝移动公司的企业内部环境进行了分析,找出了公司所具备的优势和劣势。与此同时,把光宝移动的核心竞争力与竞争对手进行了分析和比较。在此基础上,确定了光宝移动的战略目标定位,制定了以后向纵向一体化和全球化的‘一站式’低成本战略。最后,为了保证就光宝移动的战略得到很好的贯彻和实施,结合光宝实际情况,对于光宝移动后向纵向一体化的低成本战略和国际化‘一站式’战略的构建,公司内部,外部资源的发展和整合给出了可行的实施案。目前,面对异常激烈的市场竞争,各移动终端通讯产品的代工厂商都面临着战略调整的问题。本文对于光宝移动战略的分析和建议,对于目前整个移动终端通讯产品的代工企业都具有借鉴意义,特别是对一些中,小型的手机代工企业,对于它们改善目前的现状,获取更大的竞争力有着重要的意思。 
英文摘要:Even outsourcing manufacture for mobile terminal equipment only have more than ten years' history, with the popularity of mobile terminal products、gross margin reduce、multiple type of product、short life cycle and etc, competition became more and more heavy, some of companies have to close their business or be acquired finally. Business of Liteon Mobile Inc. also showed a sharp downward trend due to its major customer Nokia's market sharing decline. The thesis major focuses on research and discovery Liteon Mobile Inc.’s existing problems, give proposal of new development strategy to meet the new market trend. The thesis utilized strategic management, competitive strategy and management of the relevant theories, such as Porter's five forces model analysis, SWOT analysis, value chain analysis, resource integration analysis method and etc, to analyze and research Liteon Mobile’s current strategy. The first, the author describes the background, purpose and significance of the article and method of research. The second, the author introduce related strategy theories and manage methods. The third, utilized related theory, methods and analysis models together with environment of whole industry, Liteon Mobile internal status to do analysis, find the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of company, at the same time, compared with other competitors, got Liteon Mobile’s core competitive areas, base on these information, further got the Liteon Mobile’s strategy- Global & vertical integration strategy, provide ‘one station service’ to customer. Finally, in order to make sure the strategy was got good follow-up and implementation, according to Liteon Mobile actual situation, the paper give the proposal for how to achieve strategy, develop internal resource and integrate outsourcing resource. Currently, there have heavy competition in the mobile terminal equipment manufacturing field, The analysis and recommendations for Liteon Mobile Inc. strategies in the thesis is benefit to other enterprises to improve their current situation, to obtain greater competitiveness and market share, has an important meaning.
