中文摘要：	作为我国国民经济的主导产业——房地产业，面对着持续提升的居民消费结构和不断增长的国民经济，房地产业除了得到大量高速发展的机会外，也面临了越来越激烈的竞争。我国的房地产行业整体起步较晚，项目流程管理逐渐在近几年才走向规范化，行业的整体管理水平还相对较低。房地产企业想要得到生存和发展，必须确保企业各个开发项目的成功，而项目流程管理的水平则是开发项目成功与否的直接原因。在激烈的市场竞争中，如何对房地产企业项目进行有效而科学的流程管理，特别是有项目公司参与的情况下如何确保各相关单位的流程合作，是目前房地产企业所面临的重要研究问题之一。本文将以房地产企业项目流程管理为研究对象，在详细了解房地产相关概念的基础上，在流程管理的相关理论指导下，系统研究我国房地产企业项目的主要任务和现状，并以梅江会展中心项目流程管理体系为例，进行了具体设计，并对实施模式进行了探讨和评价。全文一共包括六章内容。第一章绪论，主要阐述了文章的研究背景并提出了研究的问题，因为引出了研究的意义所在和研究思路，并总结设计出论文研究框架，给出了研究的主要内容。第二章流程管理理论综述及发展现状，主要包括房地产项目相关概念综述、流程管理相关概念及理论演变和我国流程管理发展现状及趋势三部分内容。第三章主要分析了房地产企业项目流程管理现状，其中既涵盖了房地产企业项目管理特点，又分析了房地产项目流程管理的主要任务，并梳理了我国房地产企业项目流程管理现状。第四章是对梅江会展中心项目流程管理体系的设计部分，在介绍了项目概况及主要特点后，对于该项目流程进行了具体划分，并给出了项目的前期准备工作和总体流程管理思路与组织模式。第五章主要阐述了实施项目流程管理中的设计管理、施工管理、财务管理、运营筹备等几个方面的专项措施和相关效果评价。最后一章是结论与展望，这一章里除了总结归纳整个研究所得出的相关结论外，还针对研究中出现的不足提出了进一步研究的注意事项，并对于未来的研究空间和应用给出了展望。
英文摘要：	As the leading industries of our national economy - real estate, in the face of continuing to enhance the residents' consumption structure, and growing national economy, real estate in addition to a large number of high-speed development opportunities, is also facing increasingly fierce competition. China's real estate industry as a whole a late start, the project process management gradually in recent years to standardize the industry's overall management level is relatively low. Real estate companies want to survive and grow must ensure the success of enterprise development projects, the level of the project process management is the direct cause of the development project success or failure. How the real estate business projects in the fierce market competition, effective and scientific workflow management, in particular how to ensure that all relevant units in the project companies to participate in the process of cooperation is one of the important research questions facing real estate companies. This article will be real estate enterprise project process management, learn more about real estate-related concepts on the basis of the theory under the guidance of the process management, project tasks and the status quo of the system of real estate companies, and has Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Centre project process management system, for example, the specific design and implementation modalities are discussed and evaluation. The full text has a total of six chapters’ content. The first chapter described the research background of the article and the research leads to the significance of the study and research ideas, and summarizes the design thesis framework, given the main content of the study. Chapter II Process Management based on development status, including the Review of the related concepts of real estate projects, process management concepts and theories of evolution and our process management, development status and trends of three sections. The third chapter analyzes the process of real estate enterprise project management status, which not only covers the real estate enterprise project management features, the main task of the real estate projects in process management, and combing the status of the process of China's real estate enterprise project management. The fourth chapter is part Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Centre project process management system design, and overview of the project and the main features of a specific division of the project process and the preparatory work of the project and the overall process management ideasand organizational models. The fifth chapter described the implementation of several aspects of the project process management, design management, construction management, financial management, operations and preparations for the special measures and the effect evaluation.
