中文摘要：	人口老龄化是社会经济发展和科学技术进步的必然。法国在1965年成为第一个老年型国家，瑞典跟随其后。我国从2000年起进入老龄化社会，老年人口正以每年800万的速度递增，目前已达到1.67亿。2009年，中国的老龄化比例已达8.3%，显著赶超世界平均水平7.5%。预计到2040年前后，老年人口将达到4亿人，将占人口总数的31%左右。我国老龄化倾向日益明显，老年人口数量大，增长速度快，高龄老人和空巢老人在老人中的比例不断增加，导致养老问题日益突出。而我国社会养老服务体系的建设却仍然处于起步阶段，很多方面不能与现有需求很好匹配，体系建设缺乏连续性、社区养老服务设施和养老机构不完善，服务单一等因素是产生供需不匹配的重要原因。世界一些发达国家已将部分养老产业定为未来经济的增长点，并希望通过抢占先机，将相关产业建设为优势项目，参与未来国际竞争。物联网被称为继计算机、互联网之后，世界信息产业的第三次浪潮，物联网具有广泛的应用需求和巨大的产业发展空间，已被列入“十二五”国家战略性新兴产业发展规划。本文首先较为详细的介绍无线电子健康体系的涵义、结构以及在高端健康体检服务中的应用。同时，针对实时定位系统在老人看护方面的应用、以及物联网技术在养老院与独居老人健康管理方面的应用进行分析。文章以天津市某大学项目为案例，详细分析智能养老平台的具体解决方案。文章最后，综合探讨智能养老平台在中国应用的可行性。其研究结果对我国养老服务业发展以及发展健康物联具有重要的参考价值和指导意义。
英文摘要：	Population aging is the inevitable socio-economic development and scientific and technological progress. As early as 1965, France became the first old aging country, after Sweden. China since 2000 became the aging society, the elderly population is increasing at the speed of 8 million a year, has now reached 167 million. In 2009, China's aging ratio has reached 8.3 percent, a significant catch up with the world average of 7.5%. To 2040, the elderly population will reach a peak of 400 million, accounting for about 31% of the then total population. With the accelerated development of China's aging population, and increasingly in the older population base, fast growth, and aging and the empty nest were evident in need of care disability, semi disability elderly increasing number and so on trend. However, the construction of China's social care service system is still in its infancy, there is still not suitable with the new situation and new tasks, new demands, the main problems: lack of overall planning, lack of continuity system; community care service imperfect facilities and pension institutions, and highlight the contradiction between supply and demand; shabby, single function, it is difficult to provide nursing care, medical rehabilitation, mental consolation, and other services. While relying on scientific and technological innovation play a new technology in the pension industry to fully give the elderly generous endowment necessary conditions. Some of the world's developed countries have some of the pension industry as the future economic growth point, and hope to seize the initiative, related industries, construction of the advantages of the project, to participate in future international competition. The Internet of Things is called the third wave of the world information industry following the computer, the Internet, the Internet of Things has a wide range of application requirements and the huge development space has been included in the “12th Five-Year” national strategic emerging industry development plan. The article first introduced the meaning of WeHealth and its structure and application in high-level health examination service. Real-time Locating System (RLTS) is analyzed in the application of elderly care, as well as the application of network technology in health management of nursing and the elderly living alone. The article takes the program of a school as example to analyze the feasibility of intelligent nursing service. The article carefully analyzed the feasibility of application of Intelligent Supporting Platform in China at the end. The results of the research have a significant influence on the development of China's pension service industry as well as the development of health system provides important reference value and guiding.
