| 中文摘要: | 全球范围内市场竞争的日益加剧,给传统的企业管理和办公方式带来了巨大的冲击。面对市场竞争,企业如何发现和组织已经获取的知识,通过协作和企业培训,使员工团队及时交流﹑获取并能有效利用这些知识,实现高效协同工作,从而把握转瞬即逝的市场机会,在激烈的市场竞争中赢得主动。为此,越来越多的企业正在将信息技术引入到企业的日常经营管理上来,通过实施办公自动化项目,改变过去单纯的手工办公方式,充分利用办公自动化系统的优势,进行科学的管理和决策,全面提高效率﹑增强企业的竞争力。由于信息化项目特别是办公自动化项目与传统项目相比,具有周期长、涉及内容广、实施难度大和协调任务重的特点,其具有很高的创新性和风险性。又因在实施过程中存在着大量不确定性因素,如果没有有效的进行全面风险管理就容易出现结果偏离预定目标的被动局面,更为严重的还会导致整个项目的失败。因此开展风险的识别和应对对于企业实施办公自动化项目具有十分重要的战略意义和现实意义。本论文首先对项目管理及项目风险管理理论、IT项目及IT项目风险管理理论和办公自动化相关理论进行了系统研究;紧接着对山东中烟办公自动化发展历程和山东中烟办公自动化项目实施过程进行了系统阐述,继而对实施山东中烟办公自动化项目的独特性进行了说明,在此基础上综合应用文献分析法和专家经验法对该项目风险进行识别,给出了项目风险清单;随后按照项目实施的前期准备、开发实施、运行维护三个阶段以及项目环境因素对项目风险进行了分类,综合应用专家经验法和风险矩阵法对不同阶段的风险进行了评价,给出了四类风险的先后顺序;最后结合山东中烟信息化过程中实施办公自动化项目的实际情况制定了应对不同风险的具体措施,以便达到降低风险发生概率和损失额的目的,进而确保项目达到预定目标。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The market competition worldwide is increasing, has brought the huge impact to the traditional enterprise management and office mode. In the face of market competition, the enterprise how to find and organizations have acquired knowledge, through cooperation and business training, so that employees team timely exchange, access to and can effectively use these knowledge, to achieve efficient collaborative work, to grasp the fleeting market opportunities, to win the initiative in the fierce market competition. Therefore, more and more companies are introducing information technology into the daily operation and management of enterprises, through the implementation of office automation project, change the past simple way of manual work, make full use of the advantages of the office automation system, scientific management and decision-making, fully improve efficiency, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Because of the special project is the office automation project compared with the traditional project, with a long cycle, involves wide, implementation is difficult and coordination task characteristics, its high innovation and risk. Because in the implementation process, there are a lot of uncertain factors, if no effective comprehensive risk management is prone to the passive situation results deviate from the target, the more serious can lead to the failure of the whole project. Therefore, to carry out strategic significance to identify and respond to risk is very important for the enterprises to implement office automation project has the realistic meaning. This paper has conducted the system research to the project management and project risk management theory, the IT project and IT project risk management theory and the office automation related theory; then the implementation process has carried on the system elaboration to the development process of Shandong and Shandong tobacco smoke office automation office automation project, the implementation of Shandong tobacco office automation projects. Unique is discussed, on the basis of comprehensive application of the methods of literature analysis and expert experience method to identify the project risk, gives a list of risks; then in accordance with the implementation of the project preparation, implementation, operation and maintenance of three stages as well as the project of environmental factors on project risk classification, comprehensive application of expert experience method and risk matrix method for the evaluation of the different stages of the risk, this paper presents four kinds of risk order; specific measures according to the condition of the implementation of office automation project in Shandong tobacco information in the development of coping with different risk, so as to reduce the probability of risk occurrence and amount of loss of the objective, and to ensure that the project has reached a predetermined goal. | |
