| 中文摘要: | 随着我国国民经济的快速发展,国家实施走出去的战略,使得我国国际工程得到了空前的发展,对外承接的工程建设项目也逐步由劳务输出到工程总承包发展,展示了我国国际工程项目管理的实力。但随着国际建筑市场的竞争日趋激烈,国际工程总承包面临着前所未有的困难,风险越来越多,许多承包商出现了利润下滑甚至亏本的现象。究其主要原因,除了文化差异及对国际工程总承包的风险管理认识不足外,最主要的原因之一就是承包商管理不力,缺乏一套切实有效的管理对策和方法。因此,针对目前的国际环境开展项目管理研究就显得十分有必要。本文在查阅大量文献的基础上,以境外项目管理为背景,针对国际工程总承包项目管理的研究现状进行了阐述,结合安哥拉罗安达供水中心系统项目的实例,对国际EPC工程总承包的项目管理进行了分析和研究。本文以项目管理和风险管理为理论基础,首先对安哥拉项目进行了独特性分析,并指出该项目中存在的问题,在项目施工前对项目进行质量规划、成本规划和进度规划,做到对项目全面规划,并在项目规划的基础上对安哥拉罗安达供水中心项目进行管理,该项目主要是对质量、成本和进度进行了管理,逐步解决在施工过程中产生的各种问题,以实现项目的最终目标。针对项目的特点和难点,采用了EPC管理模式,取得了一定的成果,在质量上达到了预期的效果,在进度上,工期虽拖延一年,增加了部分成本,但总体来说,给公司带来可观的经济效益。本文在研究安哥拉项目特点的基础上,从项目的启动、规划、实施、控制这几个方面进行了全面的分析,形成了比较系统的境外项目的管理方法,可操作性和实用性较强,为企业进行海外项目的管理提供了基础。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of China's national economy, the country out of the implementation of the strategy, making China International Engineering has been an unprecedented development, external to undertake construction projects have gradually by the labor output to the development of general contracting, shows China's International Project Managementstrength. But with the increasingly fierce competition in the international construction market, the international engineering contracting facing unprecedented difficulties, more and more risk, many contractors falling profits or even a loss. The main reason, in addition to the lack of knowledge of cultural differences and risk management of international project contracting, one of the main reason is lack of contractor management, the lack of an effective management strategies and methods. Therefore, the current international environment to carry out project management research is very necessary. In this paper, on the basis of access to a large number of documents to the offshore project management background, are described for the International Engineering Turnkey Project Management Research, combined with the instance of Luanda, Angola, water supply system project, the project of the international EPC Contract Managementanalysis and research. Project management and risk management as the theoretical basis, a unique analysis of the first project in Angola, and pointed out the existing problems in the project, the quality of the project in the project pre-construction planning, cost planning and schedule planning, so the project comprehensive planning and to Angola Luanda Water Supply project management on the basis of project planning, the project of quality, cost and schedule management, and gradually resolve various issues that arise in the construction process, to achieve project the ultimate goal. Features and difficulties of the project the EPC management mode, and achieved certain results, and achieve the desired results in terms of quality, in progress, the duration of one-year delay, an increase of part of the cost, but overall, the company bring considerable economic benefits. In this paper, based on the study of characteristics of the project in Angola, from the start of the project, planning, implementation, control several aspects of a comprehensive analysis, the formation of a more systematic project management outside, operability and practicability, management provides the basis for enterprises to conduct overseas projects. | |
