中文摘要：	物流是联系生产和消费的纽带，随着经济全球化和国际分工的日益细化，物流产业的发展越来越引起广泛重视，其对增加国民生产总值、调节供需、完善市场、提升产业竞争力和国家竞争力等方面的作用日趋明显，实际上，未来的国际竞争就是全供应链能力的竞争。保税物流是中国物流产业的独特组成部分，被称为“中国外向型经济的助推器”，有利于进一步优化投资软环境，有利于产品及服务产业链间深加工结转，有利于延长加工贸易的国内增值链，有利于提升中国产业国际竞争力，有利于满足日益复杂的国内企业出口和国际集中采购趋势的物流需求等等。保税物流是深圳地区物流产业的主体业务，其发展状况对深圳地区以及珠三角地区外向型经济发展和加贸产业升级都具有十分重要的作用。盐田地区毗邻盐田港，经过近20年发展，保税物流已经形成了产业集群效应和良好的基础条件，但对于盐田地区保税物流企业发展战略的研究却相对薄弱。本文在回顾企业发展战略和物流企业发展的国内外理论研究成果的基础上，分析了保税物流的重要性、行业特点及其发展态势，并利用SWOT和五力模型等工具，对处于盐田地区的Z保税物流公司所处的环境做了分析，然后进一步研究其发展战略选择问题，从业务战略及其分解的产品战略、市场战略，职能战略及其分解的组织结构战略、人力资源战略等角度进行了分析，并结合企业工作实践提出了一些行之有效的方式和方法。同时，通过对Z公司的发展战略和职能战略的制定、实施及效果的分析，论证本文的观点和建议的可行性，最后进行了总结和展望。
英文摘要：	Logistics is the close link between production and consumption. With the increasingly economic globalization and international specialization, logistics industry has widely attracted public attention. It becomes more obvious for the role of logistics in increasing GNP, regulating supply and demand, improving market, promoting industrial and national competitiveness. Actually, international competition in the future is the competition of supply chain competence. Bonded logistics, known as the booster of export-oriented economy, is the distinct component of China logistics industry. It has contributed to the further optimization of investment soft environment, deep processing transit between product and service industry, extension of domestic value-added chain of processing trade, enhancement of international competitiveness of China and satisfaction of logistics need from more complicated domestics export and international centralized purchasing trend, etc. Bonded logistics is the main business of logistics industry in Shenzhen, and its development status plays a vital role in the development of Shenzhen, export-oriented economy in Pearl River Delta area and upgrade of processing trade. Yantian area is adjacent to Yantian Port and bonded logistics has formed industrial cluster effect and solid foundation in the past 20-year development. However, the study on development strategy of bonded logistics enterprises in Yantian area is relative weak. This thesis reviews the theoretical research findings from both domestics and overseas on development strategy and logistics enterprise development, and based on which analyzes importance, industrial feature and present developing status of bonded logistics. It makes a thorough analysis of environment of Z bonded logistics enterprise in Yantian area by taking advantage of SWOT and the Five-Force Model. Furthermore, the selection of strategy for Z enterprises is further expounded and an analysis is made from a multiple perspectives: industrial strategy and its elements (product strategy, market strategy) and functional strategy and its elements (structural strategy, HR strategy), on which the feasible ways and methods are proposed by combining with the working practice. Meanwhile, the feasibility of viewpoint and proposal in the thesis are demonstrated by researching into the formulation, implementation and effect of development and functional strategy of Z enterprise. In the end, the summarization and prospect are conducted.
