中文摘要:经济全球化趋势的日益加剧使得企业间的竞争越来越激烈。企业只有不断加大科技投入, 进行新产品开发才能提升竞争力,实现持续发展。加强新产品开发是大势所趋,也是企业科技自主创新的重要组成部分。消费电子产品的发展带动了对锂离子电池的强劲需求。聚合物锂离子电池作为锂离子电池的一种,因其具有更好的安全性能以及可以做到更轻更薄的特点而在智能手机、平板电脑、超极本等应用方向上具有更好的竞争优势,具有更广阔的发展前景,而同时,锂离子电池生产企业也处在一个激烈竞争的环境中。新产品的开发能否成功直接关系到企业的命运,如果不能做好新产品开发,企业的市场就会萎缩,发展受到就会受阻,甚至企业会在竞争中消失。因此开展锂离子电池新产品开发项目全面风险管理对于锂离子电池生产企业具有十分重要的战略意义和现实意义。本文首先对项目管理及项目管理风险理论和新产品开发相关理论文献进行了综合研究,然后对LS公司聚合物锂离子电池新产品开发项目特点进行了系统研究,综合运用文献分析法和德尔菲法对项目主要风险进行识别和层次划分,得到了聚合物锂离子电池新产品开发项目的风险清单,随后选择并建立了针对风险评估的模糊综合评价模型,并在项目实际中开展应用。最后针对识别出的关键风险因素确定了风险应对策略,同时进行了重点风险的应对措施制定和实施,保障了项目的成功实现。对聚合物锂离子电池新产品开发项目风险管理的研究丰富了公司在风险管理研究方面的认知,深化了项目人员对风险的理解,提高了风险管理意识,对公司以后的新产品开发项目提供了积极的指导借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:The increasing trend of economic globalization increasingly fierce competition among enterprises. Companies have to continue to increase investment in science and technology and do new product development to enhance their competitiveness and achieve sustainable development. To strengthen the development of new products is the trend of the times, it is also an important part of enterprise independent innovation. Consumer electronics products lead to the development of strong demand for lithium-ion batteries. Polymer lithium-ion battery, as one kind of lithium-ion battery, has better competitive advantage and broad prospects due to its better safety performance and thinner and lighter features. It is a good power solution for smart phones, tablet PCs, ultrabooks etc. While at the same time, lithium-ion battery manufacturers are in a highly competitive environment. The success of new product development is directly related to the fate of the enterprise. If the new product development can not be done well, the market will shrink, the development will be blocked, companies may even disappear in the competition. Therefore, to carry out a comprehensive risk management on new product development projects of the lithium-ion battery has a very important strategic and practical significance for the lithium-ion battery manufacturers. First, a comprehensive study on the project management, risk theory and the theory of the development of new products is carried out. Then the new product development projects features of polymer lithium ion battery in LS company are studied. Also the project risks are identified and the hierarchically division of risk factors are done with literature analysis and Delphi method. And then the risk factors list of polymer lithium ion battery new product development project is given out. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of risk assessment is established and performed. Finally, the risk response strategies of the key risk factors are identified to ensure the success of the project . The study of risk management on Polymer lithium ion battery new product development project has deepen the understanding of project risk, improved the awareness of risk management. It will give the positive guidance reference for new product development projects in the future.
