| 中文摘要: | 危机对于现代社会和企业不可避免,传统的危机管理指导思想着重于直接救灾,而当前国际前沿的指导理论着重于危机管理全过程控制。煤炭是中国能源的主体,在能源的生产消费结构中占据极为重要的地位。煤炭企业作为资源型企业,其对资源的依赖性及资源本身稀缺性与不可再生性将直接导致矿产资源危机的逐渐显现,而采掘所造成的生态环境危机更是制约了企业的发展,开源节流多元化集约化经营战略决策必须科学谨慎。煤炭企业危机四伏,危机管理刻不容缓。 本研究以管理学、决策学、企业危机生周期理论等相关理论为基础,运用理论与实践相结合的方法,通过对中国煤炭企业危机过程中存在的问题全面剖析,以煤炭企业遭遇的矿产资源危机、战略决策危机、生态环境危机为核心,提出危机管理各阶段危机管理的方法与策略。 本研究由七个部分组成: 第一章主要提出本研究研究课题的来源,介绍研究的意义、研究方法和内容;第二章主要是介绍企业危机管理研究的理论基础,对本研究主要应用的危机、企业危机管理的概念予以界定并对其类别、特征进行了归纳;第三章分析了煤炭企业危机的形成机理;第四章主要研究我国煤炭企业危机的特点及危机识别;对煤炭企业的危机识别主要以危机的生命周期为主线,分危机类型分危机管理阶段进行识别;第五章主要针对上一章危机的识别提出危机管理各个阶段、各种类型危机的应对方法和策略;第六章阳煤集团企业危机管理案例研究,分析阳煤集团企业危机生命周期过程及危机管理三阶段中主要危机类型的现状及对策,从而进一步验证本研究的方法和结论;最后一章是结论和建议。 本文针对煤炭企业资源型企业的特点,阐明煤炭企业危机管理的重要性,立足于煤炭企业以及企业员工对危机意识的建立,借鉴国内外大型企业危机管理的经验,致力于构建科学、合理的危机管理体系,发现中国煤炭企业危机管理的关键点和难点,提出危机管理的方法与策略,力求对煤炭企业危机管理实践具有一定的指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | It is unavoidable for the modern society and enterprise to face the crisis. The traditional theories of Crisis Management lay emphasis up on the direct saving and rescuing, however, the international and outlying theories emphases on the whole process controlling to the Crisis Management. As the principal part of the energy sources in China, the coal plays the most important role in the structure of production. The coal industry enterprise is a kind of natural resource one, which results the mineral resources crisis increasingly because of the scarcity and non-renewable of the coal resource. While the ecological and environmental crises which accompanied by the coal mining limits the stable and long-time developing of enterprise, Coal enterprises crisis and crisis management is imperative. Only can we build our own system of the crises management in increasing income and reducing expenditure diversified business strategy of intensive scientific decision-making, we'll make the right and scientific strategic decision. The research of this thesis is consisted of seven parts: The first chapter talks about the origin of my idea and research methods the significance of the article. The second chapter explains the base of enterprise crisis management study. On base of defining the terms "crisis" and "enterprise crisis", this thesis summarizes the characters and types of entrepreneur’s crisis. The third chapter analysis that how enterprise crisis management occur and concludes China's major coal enterprises forming mechanism of crisis, The fourth chapter introduces crisis management features and the identity of crisis management. Meanwhile, in the fifth chapter, I put forward suggestions on how to deal with the coal resources crisis, strategy-making crisis and environment-polluted crisis. The sixth chapter gives an empirical analysis of present state of affairs of YangQuan Coal Group and corporate crisis management countermeasures, analysis of survival for business-three-stage life cycle of crisis management measures, so as to further validate the research methods and conclusions. The last chapter is conclusions and recommendations. The researches of this thesis aimed at coal enterprise resource-oriented enterprises of the characteristics of the coal enterprises and needs of building enterprise Crisis Management systems, and it is established in the development of our enterprise and employees and building staff’s consciousness of crisis together. The thesis reference crisis management experience of large enterprises at home and abroad, the thesis tries to build a scientific and rational crisis Management system, and found the key points and difficult points of crisis management, in order to obtain the way of crisis management and strategy and provide helpful reference to the coal enterprises in the practice of crisis management | |
