中文摘要：	摘要施工是形成工程项目实体的过程，也是决定最终产品质量的关键阶段，工程质量很大程度取决于施工质量。本文对风电工程项目施工阶段质量控制进行了较为系统的研究。文章采用文献分析、案例分析的方法，通过分析影响风电施工质量的影响因素找出控制方法，并从全要素及全过程分阶段进行分析及研究，达到提高风电施工质量的目的，使施工单位减少质量问题的出现的同时得到良好的经济效益及声誉。本文对工程项目施工阶段质量控制进行了较为系统的研究。首先从工程项目质量控制的基本理论出发，阐述了IS09000族标准，并针对具体条款给出了其在施工中的基本要求及应用，其次分析了当前施工质量的现状及存在的问题。其次，从质量控制的特点、原则出发，着眼于影响工程施工质量的人、机、料、法、环五大影响因素进行了分析，并从全过程控制、工艺及工序控制等方面进行了阐述，提出相应的控制措施，并对工程项目的质量与工期、成本之间的对立统一关系进行了分析，强调项目的质量与工期、成本之间的控制与协调的关系。从影响施工质量的原因及程度出发，提出了施工质量问题的纠正和预防措施控制方案，针对风电施工质量影响的关键因素进行了分析，找到对策。最后以组织施工的大唐吉林向阳风电场的施工质量管理为例，阐述了风电施工质量分析及控制理方法，最终达到了工程初期制定的工程质量效果。研究成果完善工程施工项目质量在风电施工中的管理方法，对风电场施工工程实际情况分析方法、对提高施工质量的管理手段具有指导意义，并通过工程实例应用效果分析，为研究结论提供了有力的支撑。
英文摘要：	Abstract Construction is forming project entity process, also is the key in determining the quality of the final product stage, engineering quality largely depends on construction quality. In this thesis, the wind power project construction phase quality control are discussed in system research. Article adopt the method of literature analysis, case analysis, through the analysis of factors affecting the quality of wind power construction find out control method, and from the elements and the whole process in stages to carry on the analysis and research, to improve the quality of wind power construction, the construction unit to reduce the occurrence of quality problems and get good economic benefit and reputation. In this thesis, the engineering project construction phase quality control for a systematic study. First embarks from the basic theory of engineering project quality control, this expounds the IS09000 standard, the family and for specific terms are given their basic requirement in the construction and application. Secondly, from the principle, the characteristics of quality control, aim at influence engineering construction quality of the people, machine, material, method, ring five influence factors are analyzed, and from the whole process control, process control, etc, put forward the corresponding control measures. Discuss the quality of the project and time limit for a project, the cost is the unity of opposites between the emphasis on the quality of the project and time limit for a project, cost control and coordination between the relationship. Starting from the reasons affecting the quality of construction and degree, put forward the corrective and preventive measures of construction quality control plan, for wind the key factors affecting the construction quality are analyzed, and find the countermeasures. Finally to engaged in the construction of datang jilin xiangyang wind farm construction quality management as an example, expounds the theory of wind power construction quality control in practical application in engineering, and specifically in fan base construction quality problems, for example in the process of quality control table of control method is finally reached the early stage of engineering quality. Research results enrich the theory of engineering project construction quality management, the engineering actual situation analysis, wind farm construction management has a guiding significance to improve the quality of construction. Through engineering example application effect analysis, as the research conclusion provides strong support.
