中文摘要：	随着经济技术水平的不断发展，各种大型的、复杂的地产项目不断涌现。此种情况的出现以及地产项目的较大管理难度使得针对地产项目的知识管理日益成为理论界关注的重点。对项目进行知识管理是在项目实施过程中的一项重要活动，它直接影响项目组织过程资产的积累的成效。而在项目实践中地产企业由于经营管理理念以及资金技术的问题，对项目的知识管理工作存在很多欠缺，以至于影响了项目的知识管理水平，难于形成有价值的组织过程资产供以后的项目实践进行知识复用。鉴于此，文本尝试在已有的研究成果基础上，通过研究地产项目流程以及流程知识的特征，提出地产项目知识管理的方法，从而有效的提高企业管理地产项目的能力。 本文首先回顾了知识管理领域的相关理论，接着介绍了关于项目知识管理的研究现状，随后分析了地产项目特征与地产项目流程，并通过项目流程的分解鉴别出嵌入各流程的地产知识。这些知识以项目流程为载体，形成了地产项目知识流。得到了项目知识流，也就明确了项目知识管理的管理对象，然后，利用已有的知识管理知识，结合地产项目的特征，提出了针对地产项目知识的管理方法。项目知识管理工作需要企业的支持，本文随后论述了地产项目知识管理实现的组织与技术支持。最后，本文以A地产公司项目知识管理实践为案例，对知识管理方法在地产项目中的应用进行了分析和研究。 本文的创新点在于针对地产项目的特点，结合项目管理与知识管理两大领域的知识，提出了一套较为完整的地产项目知识管理方法，建立了适用于地产公司的项目知识管理模型，并深入研究了企业实现项目知识管理应在组织架构和技术方面提供的支持与保证措施，对于日后企业的项目知识管理工作提供一定的借鉴作用。
英文摘要：	With the continuous development of economic and technology, a variety of large, complex real estate projects continue to emerge. For this reason, real estate projects have increasingly attracted the attention of the theorists. The effectiveness of the project knowledge management is an important factor in the project implementation process, which directly affects the process of accumulation of assets of the project organization. Due to the shortage of capital, there’s lots of shortcoming in project knowledge works. For this reason, the text attempts to put forward a new way on the basis of existing research results, which could help real estate effectively improve the ability of the business management in real estate projects. This paper first reviews the relevant theories in the field of knowledge management, then introduced the project knowledge management research status, then analysis the characteristics of real estate projects, by this method identified the knowledge which contained in the project process. Then, combined with the characteristics of real estate projects, put forward the method of project knowledge management. Project knowledge management needs enterprise support, the paper then discusses the organizational and technical support from real estate Company for knowledge management. In the end, Finally, A real estate company project knowledge management practices as a case study indicate the theory which discussed in the paper. The innovation of this paper is that the research combines the field of project management and knowledge management, and proposes a new method to improve the project knowledge management work. At the meanwhile, the paper Build an applicable model for real estate Company to do the knowledge management work, and do a deep research on how to support the project knowledge management from organizational and technical perspective, provides a useful reference for future work.
