中文摘要：	伴随着我国航空运输业的迅猛发展，各航空公司的飞行员缺口日益加大。飞机作为高科技交通工具，对操作的要求极其严格，飞行训练器以经济、有效、安全的方式，成为培训飞行员的主要设备，因此研制具有自主知识产权的飞行训练器十分必要。 论文从项目集成管理的角度对飞行训练器研发项目进行研究。在全局管理、统筹协调的原则下，提出基于项目组织系统集成、开发过程集成、目标要素集成和信息系统集成的集成管理方式。通过项目集成管理，有效提高组织的协作效率，规范开发流程，使过程稳定可控，保证质量、成本、时间的协调统一，并且应用项目信息系统可以提高组织的集成效率，尤其对于时间紧任务重的项目，信息系统可以有效避免研发管理的混乱状态，保证团队工作的稳定性和可控性。 文中归纳总结了研发项目的集成管理模式，结合A320飞行训练器研发项目的案例，从实际应用角度深入探讨了研发项目的集成管理方法和过程。集成管理作为项目管理的新视角，基于特定的配置关系全面优化、全面协调的管理，本文结合工程实际开展研究，具有一定的现实意义，并且对同类研发项目也有一定的参考价值。
英文摘要：	With the quick development of air transport in China, the lack of airline pilot widening. Aircraft as the high-tech transportation has extremely strict operation requirement, flight training device give an economic, effective and safe way for training, it becomes the major equipment for pilot training, so develop the fight training device with independent intellectual property rights is necessary. In this paper, from the view of Project Integration Management in flight training device R & D project. According to the principles of global management and coordination, integrated management based on the project organization system integration, the development process integration, the target factor integration and information system integration. Through the project integrated management, effectively improve the efficiency of the organization collaboration, standardize development process, make the process stable and controllable, to ensure the harmonization of quality, cost and time, and the application of project information system can improve the integration efficiency of the organization, especially for the complex project, the information system can effectively avoid the chaotic state of the R & D management, to ensure the stability and controllability of the team work. This paper summarizes the integrated management model for R & D projects, combined with the case of the A320 flight training device R & D project, discussed integration of the R & D project management methods and processes in-depth from the perspective of the actual application. As a new perspective of project management, integrated management is based on specific configuration relationship, fully optimized, comprehensive coordination, this paper combined engineering practice, has a certain practical significance, and also have a certain reference value for similar research and development projects.
