| 中文摘要: | 在互联网时代,网络技术不断更新换代,网络用户的角色也在发生着变化。网络用户从以前的被动消费者转变为主动的知识生产者,用户可以在网络中生产信息。随着协同技术以及Web 2.0的发展,博客、维基、社会化标注系统不断涌现,人们生成内容的方式也从个人的内容生成到多人之间协同创作内容——即在一个虚拟的社区内,人们为了相同的目标而聚集在一起,并互相交流、分享知识,相互协调,合作来完成知识内容的创作。这样充分利用了群体的智慧,各成员的知识内容互补,协作完成的内容创作更为完善。网络用户协同创作的形式逐渐成为Web 2.0环境下最受欢迎的运营模式之一。 百度百科是我国影响力较大的在线多人协同创作平台。本文以百度百科这一社区为研究情境,探讨网络用户协同创作活动的动机。论文首先对协同创作、协同信息行为、内容生成等相关理论进行了文献回顾,在文献回顾的基础上提出网络协同创作的动机模型。然后根据模型提出本研究的假设,随后通过对百度百科中的协同创作者进行问卷调查,并运用SPSS软件对回收上来的数据进行统计分析,对研究假设进行验证。 最后本研究得出结论:兴趣动机、交流动机、利他互惠动机、自我效能动机以及社区感动机是驱动网络协同创作的主要动机,而外部奖励动机不是网络协同创作的主要动机。本文还根据研究成果为协同创作平台提出了几点建议,包括:细化网络协同创作社区的主题分类、加强网络协同创作者之间联络的方式、加强对网络协同创作者的激励机制、丰富网络协同创作社区的活动等,希望为网络协同创作社区的运营商提供一定参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the Internet era, network technology is constantly upgrading, the network user's role is changing, too. The role of network users has changed from passive consumer of information to active producers of knowledge. With the development of collaborative technologies, Web 2.0, blog, wiki, socialization tagging system continue to emerge, the way people generate content has changed from personal creation to collaborative writing of content between several person - that is, in a virtual community, people get together for the same goal and communicate with each other, share knowledge, coordination and cooperation to complete the creation of knowledge content. Take full advantage of wisdom and knowledge complementary of group members, content of collaborative writing can complete more perfect. The way of network users’ collaborative writing is becoming one of the most popular mode of operation in the Web 2.0 environment. Baidu Encyclopedia is one of the most influential online multiplayer collaborative writing platform. This article chooses Baidu Encyclopedia as research context to explore the the motives of collaborative writing activities in network communities. Firstly, we reviewe collaborative writing, collaborative information behavior, content generation, and other related theoretical literature, then on the basis of the literature review, propose the model of collaborative writing motives. Based on the assumptions of the model presented in this study, we conduct a questionnaire survey on Baidu Encyclopedia collaborative creators, and use SPSS software to analysis the data and then verify the hypothesis. Finally, we concluded that: interest motivation, communication motivation, altruism and reciprocity motivation, self-efficacy motivation, and sense of community motivation are the main motives driving collaborative writing activities, and external rewards are not the main motive for network collaborative writing. In this paper, based on research we put forward a few suggestions including further refine the classification of the subjects in network collaborative writing communities, strengthen the the way collaborative writers contact each other, strengthen the incentive mechanisms for network collaborative creators, enrich activities in collaborative writing community. We hope to provide reference for the collaborative writing community operators. | |
