中文摘要：	随着信息技术与经济的发展，市场竞争已从企业间的竞争转变为供应链间的竞争，在退货策略研究领域，供应链竞争问题已逐渐成为研究的热点。电子商务的出现彻底改变了人们的购物方式，电子商务销售与网络购物在各个国家受到广泛追捧，网络消费者的数量与日俱增，与此相伴的便是消费者因产品质量或是后悔购买等因素引起的退货数量的增长。调查显示，退货策略是影响消费者购买的重要因素，但是退货对制造商与零售商具有双重的影响，退货在减轻零售商订货风险、提高品牌忠诚度、吸引消费者、提升收益的同时，也面临着承担退货的相关成本以及过量退货的相关问题。所以如何在竞争供应链模式下选择合适的退货策略成为企业关注的一个重要问题。 本文在此背景下研究考虑产品质量因素的退货策略问题，研究单一供应链系统与竞争供应链系统模式下的退货策略。研究目的在于分析单一供应链与竞争供应链的最优退货策略以及质量决策，并进行比较分析，为制造商以及零售商提供理论指导。本文首先介绍了研究的背景提出了研究的问题，说明了研究的目的与意义，通过对相关文献的回顾确定出文章的研究思路；然后，建立了单一供应链与竞争供应链系统的退货策略模型，通过斯图尔伯格博弈的方法求解模型的最优解；最后，通过对模型的定量分析与Matlab数值仿真得出本文的结论，并作出总结。 本文的主要创新点在于同时考虑了产品质量因素与竞争因素对制造商以及零售商退货策略的影响，并分析非差异退货与差异退货的不同影响。文章的最后指出了本文研究存在的不足以及对未来研究的展望。
英文摘要：	With the development of information technology and economy, in the market competition among enterprises has become that between supply chains. In the return strategy research field, supply chain competition issue has become a research hotspot. The emergence of electronic commerce has completely changed the way of shopping. And online shopping is popular in various countries. The increasing of network consumers leads to arising of return because of quality or regretting. According to the survey, return policy is an important factor that affects the purchase decisions of consumer, but return has dual effects on manufacturers and retailers: on one hand, it will reduce the risk of retailers’ order, increase the brand loyalty, attract more customers and promote the revenue; on the other hand, retailers and manufacturers have to bear the related costs and excess return. So how to choose an appropriate return strategy in competitive supply chain has become an important issue concerned by enterprises. In this background, this thesis studies the return policies for supply chain considering quality factor, including the single supply chain system and competition system. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the optimal return policy and quality level of single supply chain and competition supply chain, then provide theoretical guidance for manufacturers and retailers by comparing the optimal strategy. At first, this paper introduces the background, research questions, content and meaning, then sums up the idea of this article by reviewing the literature. Then the return policy model of single supply chain and competition supply chain are established and optimal solutions are given to the model by using the Stackelberg game. Finally, the conclusion of this article is verified by making quantitative analysis and numerical simulation of the model using Matlab. The main innovation point of this essay is to consider the effects of competitive factors and quality level on the return policies of manufacturers and retailers simultaneously, and focus on the different influences of diversity return and non-diversity return. Finally, this thesis points out the shortcomings and put forward future research direction in this area.
