中文摘要：	在当代知识经济的大潮中，围绕企业战略目标而建立的项目群不断涌现，项目群管理作为第二代的项目管理开始进入企业管理人员的视野。一个项目群能否按期完工是判断该项目群是否成功的一项标志，因此进度管理对于项目群管理来说是一项重要的内容。 本论文采用了相关理论探讨、理论分析归纳和企业案例研究相结合的方法。首先，就力神电池方型事业部项目群进度计划管理中存在的问题进行了初步分析，又结合了公司少人化的发展战略，在阐明项目群管理独特性的基础上，指出了项目群进度计划管理的主要因素，阐述了项目群的PBS、OBS和项目排序，进而建立了方型事业部项目群进度计划的流程，完成了项目群的资源配置、进度计划和风险分析。 实施过程中的项目群进度控制也是项目群进度管理的重点内容。本论文分析了方型事业部项目群实施过程中影响进度的因素,探讨了项目群进度控制的方法和过程，讨论了项目群进度管理过程中的变更和协调管理，为在企业中实施项目群的进度控制提供了一定的思路和方法。
英文摘要：	Be living in the current information economy spring tide, the project portfolios who revolve round business strategy target establishment continuously spring up , the project management idea of portfolio management administered as the second generation project management starts going into the field of vision of business managers. Whether portfolio finished on schedule is deciding the sign that portfolio is successful, hence it is a significant substance that the portfolio schedule management as to portfolio managers. This dissertation adopts the correlation theory discuss、theory analysis induction and the business example together. First of all ,the schedule problems in the special portfolio of prismatic battery department of Lishen battery.,ltd have been underway analysis, and the author unite the portfolio and the company’s development strategy which in order to reduce workers, clarify the portfolio management on the distinctive characters, point out the main elements of portfolio schedule planning management, elaborate the portfolio PBS 、OBS and projects sequence, and then establish the portfolio of prismatic battery department schedule management through completing the resource distribution 、schedule program and the risk analysis. The portfolio schedule control in implemental process is also the main substance of schedule management. This dissertation analysis the portfolio of prismatic battery department effect factors, probes into portfolio schedule control means and process, talks about alternation and harmonization in schedule management process , and supplies specified thinking and means in the implemental portfolio in the enterprise.
