中文摘要：	近年来，伴随着经济全球化的迅猛发展，中国经济进一步融入到世界经济中去，其外资引入、国际贸易及经济增长等多方面已对世界经济格局产生了相当的影响。面对这样一种前所未有的投资高潮和发展契机，对中国对外直接投资进行全面研究就变得愈发重要。本文以经济全球化下国际生产链的解体为前提，将修正后的直接投资理论同中国特殊的经济现状下有效资本理论相结合，提炼出中国对外直接投资理论。 本文通过对中国对外直接投资的理论体系和投资现状的阐述，重点对经济全球化下对外直接投资理论改进及其所产生的三种投资效应进行分析，并对中国企业对外直接投资区域和模式选择进行研究。文章最后对山西宏厦一建拓展蒙古国市场的案例进行分析，说明有效资本和国际价值链分解产生的三种效应在中国企业对外直接投资中的应用和体现。 本文在对中国企业对外直接投资的研究过程中，主要得出如下结论： 第一，通过对国外对外直接投资理论进行剖析，确定了研究发展中国家进行对外直接投资的重要性和现实意义。 第二，探讨总结了国外对外直接投资的发展及演变趋势；建立了发展中国家对外直接投资可根据不同行业及企业自身不同的条件进行选择的几种参考模式。从理论上为中国企业进行对外直接投资提供决策依据。 第三，对国际价值链分解产生的三种效应进行进一步深化，并且结合中国企业对外投资的具体情况，对每一种效应在中国企业对外投资中的体现与运用予以细致的分析。 第四，有效资本定义的提出为培育中国企业对外投资资本提供了可操作性。 第五，中国企业在对外直接投资中要从国际投资环境、企业自身战略需求、投资东道国以及所处行业特征等方面综合考虑，方能做出正确的对外直接投资区域和模式选择。
英文摘要：	The Chinese economy has become a part of world economy with the development of global-oriented in recent years and also has influence on the world economic structure in many areas, such as international investment and international trade and economy growth, etc. Under this background, the Chinese direct investment to the other countries has increased rapidly. More and more Chinese companies go out to the world and become multinational corporations. Facing the unprecedented developing chance, we should pay more attention to the research of Chinese investment to the world. It is difficult to estimate the developing structure and invest structure of world rising classical investment theory, as a result, we can not explain the investment phenomenon properly for the present. The dictation urges us to revise the former theory properly. This article just want to construct a new theory with the integrating the classical theory and Chinese investment status quo. This thesis includes three sections, that is, the status quo theories .This thesis demonstrates that the status quo of Chinese investment to world and the proper theory at the different level. Then, this thesis study the questions how to choose the location and pattern during China's FDI outflow. Finally this article gives the case that ShanXi HongSha expand the market of Mongolia, which explain how to put the theory into the practice. The author draws some conclusions as following: the first; through the FDI theory analysis, we determine the importance and practical significance of China's FDI Outflow; the second, Summing up the development trend of FDI and advising that China can choose the location and pattern during China's FDI Outflow according to different industries and different conditions of their own; the third, analysis the three effects of the international value chain decomposition, and puts the three ones into China's FDI Outflow; the fourth, the effective capital provides a workable to the Chinese enterprises; at last, Chinese enterprises should consider the international investment environment ,their own strategic, the host country and industry characteristics etc. during China's FDI outflow .
