| 中文摘要: | 热电企业是从事热电联产的主力军,是电力行业一个特殊而重要的组成部分。近年来,我国热电联产产业发展迅速,但是,由于能源价格剧烈波动,并趋势性上涨,而热电价格受政府管制,全国热电行业几乎出现了全行业亏损的情况,热电企业停产的情况几乎在每个省份都已经出现。天津滨海能源公司作为天津开发区热力和热电的龙头生产企业,形成稳定的经营收益,其供热市场范围覆盖整个天津开发区,在区位市场以及产品竞争等方面具有明显优势。但同样面临诸多问题:一是原料价格大幅上涨给公司的成本控制带来很大的压力;二是如何以发展为第一要务,提升公司资产质量和资产规模;三是如何以节能减排为主线,积极拓展产业链和新能源领域业务。同时作为上市公司,面临着如何提高公司治理水平,加强公司内部管理,持续不断的提升企业价值的长期任务。本文将针对这几大问题展开深入的探讨。本文在系统回顾战略研究理论的基础上,采用 PEST 方法对热电产业进行宏观分析,从行业发展角度,分别作了产业集中度分析,行业吸引力分析,战略群组分析以及行业价值链分析;随后对整个行业里的竞争对手和标杆企业比照滨海能源,得出需要改进和学习的地方;同时运用 SWOT 模型对滨海新区大发展进行分析,以便找出给滨海能源带来的威胁和机遇,从而制定更加符合实际的战略,最后按照关键成功要素分析法,挖掘滨海能源公司的几大要点,更加完善充实了最终战略的制定。根据上述分析,本文就滨海能源公司近期远期战略的具体实施提出了对策建议。本文的相关结论对热电企业战略研究具有借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Thermoelectric enterprise is engaged in the mainstay of co-production of power industry, which is a special and important part of thermoelectric enterprise. In recent years, our country cogeneration industry has developed rapidly, but due to coal prices continue to rise, and thermoelectric price government regulated, the thermoelectric industry almost there is a whole industry losses, thermoelectric enterprise production situation in almost every province have appeared. Tianjin BINHAI energy Company as TEDA thermal and thermoelectric bibcock production enterprises to form stable operating earnings, its heat-supply market range covers the whole TEDA, in location market and product competition has obvious advantages. But also faces many problems: first, is the raw material prices have risen substantially to the company's cost control great pressure; second is how with development is the first priority, improve corporate assets quality and asset scale;thirdly is how to energy conservation and emission reduction, and actively expand as the main industry chain and new energy field operations. Meanwhile a listed company faces how to improve management level, strengthen internal management, and constantly improve the value of a company's long-term task. This paper will launch several major problems in the deep discussion. Based on the review of systems based on the theory of trategic research, the method of PEST macro analysis, thermoelectric stry from industry development Angle, respectively, industry of trial concentration analysis appeal analysis, strategic group analysis and industrial value-chain analysis; Then the whole industry ion and benchmarking enterprise shall, it is concluded that need improvement BINHAI energy and place of study; Also with SWOT model to analyze development of BINHAI new area, in order to find out the threat to BINHAI energy,thus made more opportunity and practical strategy according to the key success factors, finally, mining method of a few big coastal energy company, more perfect enriched the key points of the final strategy formulation. According to the above analysis, this paper will propose countermeasures of BINHAI Energy Company in the near future the specific implementation of long-term strategy. This article has some relevant conclusions for thermoelectric enterprise strategic research significance. | |
