| 中文摘要: | 第一、第二代移动通讯时代,中国移动通讯技术落后,整个巨大的国内移动通讯市场完全让给了欧洲和美国。在第三代移动通信(3G)时代,中国政府全力支持民族标准的发展。从1997年开始涉足3G标准的研发,到2001年TD-SCDMA标准被ITU和3GPP认可,再到当前的预商用,20年的时间里中国3G产业获得了快速发展。这个具有重要的理论和现实价值的问题引起了广泛关注。大多数学者集中于3G技术的比较研究,部分从管理维度的研究也只是集中于预商用的市场培育以及运营商的营销策略等。本文从产业整体的角度研究中国基于TD-SCDMA标准的3G产业的发展过程,以网络的视角分析产业结构及其演化过程。 首先,在相关理论研究的基础上,本文从网络的角度分析了产业整体的特性,在此基础上建立了产业组织的网络模型;进而将整个产业网络分成股权网络、业务网络、技术网络和经理人网络等四个子网络。建立了产业组织网络的系统动力学模型,将产业内各种因素之间的互动形象的展现出来。 理论演绎之后,本文以中国基于TD-SCDMA标准的3G产业为例,研究了其发展演化过程。首先从产业总体的维度进行了分析,进而分别对四个子网络的演化过程进行了具体研究。在此基础上,研究子网间互动与总体网络演进的关系。 在理论分析和实证研究的基础上,本文得出如下结论:从网络的角度研究产业的演进过程具有重要的意义;产业网络可以划分成股权网络、业务网络、技术网络和经理人网络四个子网络,它们之间相互影响相互作用,共同促进整个产业的发展;中国3G产业网络内部子网间的互动符合政府主导经济下的高技术产业网络互动模式,同时也表现出一些市场经济下的高技术产业的特点。 | |
| 英文摘要: | China fell behind in the First and Second-Generation Era of mobile communications, and didn’t strong enough to compete with European and American companies. In the Third Generation, the government supported the development of relative companies and technologies. In the past 20 years, China’s 3G Industry developed rapidly. It hadn’t begun until 1997, and in 2001 TD-SCDMA was recognized by ITU and 3 GPP, then comes the pre-commercial era. This phenomenon has aroused widespread attention, but most scholars focused on the 3G technology, the ones on management only study the market development in pre-commercial ear and marketing strategies of operators. This thesis studies the evolution of 3G Industry from a network prospect. First is theoretical analysis. We study the characteristic of industries from network perspective, and build an industry network model. Then divide the whole industry network into four sub-networks: Share Network, Business Network, Technology Network, and Manager Network, each with a strict definition. At last establish an industry network dynamic model to describe the interaction between factors within the network. After theoretical deduction, this thesis focused on the evolution of TD-SCDMA 3G industry network. First take the industry as a whole network, then from four sub-networks (as defined early). At last, interaction between the four sub-networks, and how they related to the whole industry evolution was studied. After theoretical and empirical analysis, get the following conclusions. First, it is of great significance to study the evolution of industry as a network. Second, the whole industry network can be divided into four sub-networks, Share Network, Business Network, Technology Network, and Manager Network,which interact with each other. They as a whole can promote the maturity of Industrial Chain and Industrial Network. Third, the interaction mechanism of internal sub-networks within China’s 3G industry fits the mode of high-tech industry in planned economy, and show some characteristics of that in market economy. | |
