| 中文摘要: | 牙膏行业经过多年的发展,已经属于成熟的产业。但是牙膏生产商针对不同的消费人群不断地推出功能性新产品,带动了这个成熟市场也在不停地发展。与此同时,随着全球经济一体化的推进,国际口腔护理行业逐渐激烈的竞争态势直接导致我国牙膏行业的竞争加剧,使得更多的企业参与到国际竞争中。因此,保证牙膏新产品开发的反应速度和新产品的质量是维持口腔护理企业市场竞争力的关键。新产品的导入作为新产品开发的重要环节,如何确保牙膏新产品导入项目中的产品质量,提高新产品导入的成功率,是牙膏制造企业急需考虑的问题。本文以宝洁公司牙膏新产品导入项目的质量控制为研究对象,结合了项目质量管理的理论,在深入分析牙膏新产品导入流程的基础上,研究了牙膏新产品导入项目的独特性和项目质量的影响因素。通过详细分析新产品导入项目的可行性阶段、稳定性测试阶段以及试生产和生产准备阶段的质量控制对象和控制基准,构建出牙膏新产品导入项目的质量控制框架。并对牙膏新产品导入项目的各个阶段的所应用的质量控制工具和质量控制流程进行分析和总结。最后结合宝洁公司的组织结构、质量管理制度以及质量审核系统对牙膏新产品导入项目的质量保证系统进行了分析。本文以相关的理论依据,以事实为基础,通过对宝洁公司牙膏新产品导入项目的研究,总结出一套适用于牙膏新产品导入项目质量控制系统,对牙膏新产品导入项目管理实践具有一定的参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The toothpaste industry has already become mature after years of development. The toothpaste manufacturer continues to launch new functional products for different consumer group, so that the mature market of toothpaste could be constantly developing. Meanwhile, with the advance of global economic integration, the state of progressively intense competition for the international oral care industry lead the result of increased competition in the toothpaste industry in China and more enterprises must join in international competition. Therefore, guarantee the response speed of new product development and the quality of new product are key points of keeping competitiveness for oral care enterprises. New product introduction is an important part of new product development. How to ensure quality for new toothpaste product introduction and how to improve the success rate of new product introduction should be concerned by toothpaste manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, the author uses the quality control of Procter & Gamble new toothpaste product introduction as the research object. Combining with the theory of project quality management, the paper researches the uniqueness of the project and quality factors base on depth analysis of the process. It builds a framework for quality control of new product introduction project by detailed analysis of control object and reference standard for the stage of feasibility study, stability test and trial production. It also analyzes and summarizes various kinds of quality control methods and quality control flow of each step of product introduction program. Finally, this paper analyzes the guarantee system for quality control by the view of organizational structure, quality management institution and quality audit system for Procter & Gamble. In this paper, the author summarize a quality control system which suit for new toothpaste product introduction project by the case study. There is reference value for the management practice of new toothpaste product introduction project. | |
