| 中文摘要: | 在十二五规划中,文化创意行业被作为国家下一个五年产业发展的重点关注对象,成为了国家经济发展的重点,作为我国三大产业中冉冉上升的明星,文化创意产业正以极快的速度发展着,然而相比其他产业来说,文创行业发展速度慢,起步时间晚,行业发展缺少可依循的规律,需要寻求与相关或不相关行业融合的力量的帮助。文化创意产业的发展已是经济发展的重要问题,文化创意企业的经营管理更值得关注与研究。而当前学术界则缺乏对文化创意企业的管理问题,对于文化创意产业的微观企业层的研究却为数较少,对企业管理具有指导性意义的研究更是少之又少,尤其是盈利模式问题的探讨,现有研究多集中于宏观层面,缺少针对文创企业管理的微观研究。因此,弥补研究空缺,探讨文化创意企业的盈利模式,梳理出反应文化创意企业构建商业模式过程的一般性路径,从而为文化创意企业塑造商业模式总结出具有普适意义的结论,为文化创意企业优化经营管理工作提供理论依据,归纳出具有指导参考意义的文化创意企业商业模式塑造规律,为新创文化创意企业塑造商业模式提供可供借鉴的方法和建议。基于此,本文以商业模式画布理论和价值链理论为理论依据,设计文化创意企业商业模式建设过程研究的分析模型,并选择六个位于我国文化创意产业中不同细分行业且具有代表性的样本企业,展开跨案例比较研究。通过商业模式画布理论解读六个样本企业的商业模式构成要素,运用分析模型分析出样本企业在商业模式形成中,遵循共同的一般形成路径,而具有不同的价值扩张方式,衍生出价值链延展型和价值链创新型两类商业模式形成路径。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Based in the newly government guideline, creative industry has been treated as the top industry in the next five years and get emphasis by the government. As national sunrise industry, the creative industry now enjoy a bright opportunity and speed in today`s industry development environment. But compared with the other industries, the development of creative industry is slower than the others and lack of regulations which need academic and cross industry’s help. The development of creative industry has been an important problem which means the creative companies need more attention and research. Nowadays, among the limit academic research about creative industry, we just found some macro research but seldom micro research which focuses in creative company management, especially for business model research. For fulfilling the research gap and discuss the business models, this research will explore Chinese creative company’s management problem based in business model canvas and value chain theory, then the research develops analysis models for exploring business model development, then picks up 6 samples from China`s creative industry. After the explorative research process, this research found the creative companies have a general development pathway in developing business model which differentiate in value expanding method. At last, the research founded that the creative industry`s business model can be divided into value chain extend type and value chain innovation type, which means two different development pathways for creative company. | |
