中文摘要：	在过去的几十年中，公司已经远离层级的、集成化的供应链，而是与外部实体结成战略伙伴的分散网络。这一变化引起了旧供应链网络的震荡，并对未来提出了疑问。跨越了企业边界的供应链是否需要治理，供应链中存在哪些治理结构，这些治理结构受到什么因素的影响，这些问题都亟待研究。本文基于理论演绎和社会网络分析，对供应链治理问题进行了探索性研究。 迄今为止，许多国内外学者从全球生产网络和全球价值链角度研究了治理问题，但是明确提出供应链治理的却寥寥无几。本文回顾了全球生产网络治理和全球价值链治理的相关理论，并引用大量文献阐述了全球生产网络、全球价值链和供应链的关系，认为在研究治理结构时，可以对这三个概念不做区别，即全球生产网络和全球价值链的治理结构对供应链来说是同样适用的。 本文回顾了交易成本理论、社会网络理论、基于资源的观点等理论对供应链治理结构影响因素的研究，将供应链治理结构的影响因素分类提取为以下三个方面：与企业自身相关的因素，与环境相关的因素，与企业间关系相关的因素，其中企业间关系又细分为企业间交易关系和企业间社会关系。 论文在提取供应链治理结构影响因素的基础上，对格里菲提出的市场型、模块型、关系型、受制型、层级型治理结构模型进行完善和重构。构建了交易的复杂性（交易涉及知识的易掌握程度、交易环节的复杂性）、交易的不确定性、交易的可编码性、供应端能力、资产专用性、交易频率、信任和标准中专利分布集中度这九个因素组合和影响五种治理模式的供应链治理结构模型。 本文最后从社会网络角度对五种供应链治理结构的网络特征做了初步探索，构建了五种治理结构的交易网络和社会网络，其中社会网络又分为权力网络、契约网络和信任网络。通过分析发现，市场型治理结构的契约网络比较密集，关系型治理结构的信任网络比较密集，而层级型治理结构的权力网络比较密集。
英文摘要：	In the last few decades, companies have moved away from hierarchical, integrated supply chains in favor of fragmented networks of strategic partnerships with external entities. This change has caused ripples throughout the old supply network and raised questions about the future. Does the supply chain crossing over the business enterprise boundary needs governance, which governance structures existed in supply chain and what factors influence these governance structures, all these problems need research. This thesis carries on the quest research to the supply chain according to great quantities domestic and international cultural heritage. Up to now, many domestic and international scholars have studied the governance problem in the view of global production networks and global value chain, but only a few put forward supply chain governance definitely. This thesis analyzes the theories related to global production networks governance and global value chain governance, and quotes from a great deal of cultural heritage to elaborate the relationship of global production networks, global value chain and supply chain. While studying governance structure, these three concepts can be regarded as no differentiation. Global production networks and global value chain governance structures apply equally to supply chain. This thesis looks back to the research of the influence factor to the supply chain governance structure according to trade cost theories, social network theories and resource based view etc. Here the influence factor of supply chain governance structure can be classified and withdrawn to the following three aspects: the business enterprise oneself related factors, and environment related factors, and the business enterprise relationship related factors which can be subdivided into the business enterprise trade relationship and the business enterprise social relationship. After withdrawing the influence factors of the supply chain governance structure, the governance model which was put forward by the Gereffi is re-built. A new governance model is set up. This model contains the following factors: complexity of transactions, uncertainty, ability to codify transactions, capabilities in the supply-base, asset specificity, trade frequency, trust and the patent distribution in technology standard. And five kinds of governance mode of supply chains are included: Market, Modular supply chain, Relational supply chain, Captive supply chain and Hierarchy. In the end, this thesis studies the network characteristic of five kinds of supply chains governance structures from the social network aspect. Five kinds of governance structures’ transaction networks and social networks are built. The social network is divided into power network, contractual network and trust network. Via the analysis we find that the contractual network in market structure is intensive, the trust network in relation structure is intensive, but the power network in hierarchy structure is intensive.
