| 中文摘要： | 融资租赁兼具融资和融物的双重属性使得其发展迅速，在市场经济发达的国家已与银行、证券、保险和信托并肩成为金融市场的五大支柱之一。1981年中国第一家租赁公司——中国东方租赁有限公司的成立，标志着我国融资租赁业的正式开始。虽然我国的融资租赁业已有30多年的发展历史，但与发达的资本主义国家相比仍然处于起步阶段，信用风险管理的缺失严重制约着我国融资租赁业的发展。 JF融资租赁公司虽然是一家有着悠久历史的租赁公司，但是其在中国开展融资租赁业务还属于起步阶段，如何能在激烈的市场竞争中形成自身的竞争优势，对JF融资租赁公司的信用风险管理提出了很大的考验。本文以JF融资租赁公司为研究对象，采用案例研究的方法阐述信用风险管理理论的研究与应用。首先，本文对信用风险理论、融资租赁理论和融资租赁信用风险管理理论进行了系统的研究分析；然后，以JF融资租赁公司为研究对象，详细的介绍了JF租赁公司的业务流程以及租前、租中、租后的信用风险管理方法；最后，结合JF融资租赁公司信用风险管理的实际情况，给出了进一步优化信用风险管理的建议。本文对于我国其它融资租赁企业，建立和改进企业信用风险管理体系具有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：融资租赁；信用风险管理；工程机械 | |
| 英文摘要： | Combined with banking, securities, insurance and trust, finance lease has become one of the five pillars of the financial market in developed counties for its feature of financing and lease. Our country’s finance leasing industry oriented in 1981 when China Eastern leasing company-the first leasing company-was founded. Although financial leasing industry has more than 30 years development history in China, our country’s financial industry is still in its infancy. It is credit risk management that hamper the development of our country’s financial leasing. JF leasing company is a company with long history, but its leasing business in china belongs to the early-stage. Its credit risk management means so much to form its competitive advantage in the fierce leasing market. The dissertation sets JF leasing company as the object of study, and use case study method to introduce theory of credit risk management. The first section of this paper is a review of state of credit risk theory, finance leasing theory and credit risk management of finance leasing. The second sector of this paper is an introduction of JF leasing company’s state of credit risk management. In the end, some suggestions are made to JF leasing company according to its state of credit risk management. It is believed that this paper maybe helpful for our country’s leasing company to set their credit risk management system. Key words: Finance lease；Credit risk management ；Construction machinery | |
