| 中文摘要: | 随着近年来我国经济建设的迅猛发展,国家城市化发展的进程不断加快,特别是中央十八大提出的国家城镇化建设精神和政策的推行实施,我国城市化建设已经迎来了最好的发展时期。新城的建设和发展离不开土地的整理开发,而土地一级整理作为土地整理开发的主要方式,城市建设开发的重要环节,一直为各级政府所重视。 在一级土地整理项目中,对土地出让工作进行深入的研究分析,制定完善可行的进度计划,对进度计划进行有效的实施和控制,继而达到土地出让的预期目标,保证土地出让按时或提前完成,对于土地出让工作有非常重要的现实意义。 本文选取QB新城土地一级整理项目土地出让进度计划为研究背景,首先介绍论文的研究背景、目的和意义,在总结国内外进度管理理论研究现状及发展的基础上,对论文的研究方法——文献查阅法、调查和资料分析法、甘特图法以及网络计划技术和研究内容进行了描述,回顾了进度管理的相关理论和方法。然后对介绍了QB新城土地一级整理项目的概况和土地出让进度计划的独特性,重点对项目土地出让进度计划的影响因素进行了深入的分析和研究,通过研究数据,运用科学可行的进度计划编制方法,制定了完善可行的土地出让进度计划。接着论文详细论述了进度计划管理基础理论在土地出让进度计划实施和控制的应用,并在进度计划实施过程中使用了科学的进度控制工具和方法对进度计划进行了有效的管理和控制。最后采用定期对土地出让进度计划检查和比对的方法,找出了进度偏差,并分析研究了产生进度偏差的原因,提出了具体完善的解决方法。运用进度计划调整措施及时对进度计划进行调整,保证了土地出让进度计划顺利完成,实现了进度计划制定的总体目标。 | |
