| 中文摘要： | 沟通的过程是贯穿在整个项目管理过程中的，是保证信息及时在项目组织中顺利传送。但我国传统的项目管理只看重质量、工期和费用的控制，对项目沟通管理很少专门提出要求。而往往项目的失败，沟通管理不善是其非常重要的一方面，因此，研究项目沟通管理更有特殊的现实意义。项目团队的目标是否能够实现取决于项目团队中的沟通是否能够畅通，实时有效的沟通有利于信息在团队内部的人员中充分的共享与流动，可以增强决策的合理性与科学性，提高团队的工作效率。本论文首先对沟通及项目沟通管理理论、跨文化管理理论进行了系统的研究，然后对马来西亚项目的背景及中材装备集团有限公司做了介绍和简单的描述，继而对该项目进行了独特性分析，阐述了项目的特征。作者在论文中重点分析了中材装备几天在项目中的装备板块的执行过程中存在的问题，对沟通低效进行了分析，并且对马来西亚项目中存在的问题制定了的具体措施，以便能够提高沟通的效率，保证项目的顺利进行，进而确保项目达到预定的目标。 | |
| 英文摘要： | The process of communication throughout the entire project management process is to ensure the smooth transfer of information in a timely manner in the project organization. But our traditional project management focuses on quality, schedule and cost control, project communication management is rarely specifically requested. And the reason of project failure is mismanagement of communication t, therefore, the research of project communication management is more special practical significance. And whether the goals of the project team can achieve depends on whether the communication in the project team is able to smooth, real-time effective communication is conducive to information sharing and liquidity in the personnel of the team within the full reasonable scientific decision-making can enhance and improve teamwork efficiency. In this thesis, communication and project communication management theory, the theory of cross-cultural management are scientificly researched, and then make the introduction and a brief description of the Malaysian project background and Sinoma Equipment Group Co., Ltd., then analyzes the unique characteristics of the project. In this thesis,the author focuses on the problems in implementation process of the project equipment department and analyze the inefficient communication. and the author drafts the specific measures for the main problems to reduce the impact to project, to ensure the smooth progress of the project, and to ensure that the project will reach the predetermined target. | |
