| 中文摘要: | 随着21世纪的到来,越来越多的海外留学人才选择回国自主创业,并逐渐成为了创业的主力军。海归是高层次人才密集的群体,他们从国外带来了先进的科技知识和技术,学习了现代企业管理理念以及国际化的思维和视野,而这些,不仅推动了国内的创业大潮,为我国的经济社会发展提供了不竭的动力,而且可以加速我国经济全球化以及融入世界的进程。海归回国创业,是中国利用外资的新形式,更是中国参与国际竞争的一大优势,因此,海归创业具有十分重要的战略意义。但是目前对海归创业的研究却发现,其创业的成功率并不高,形势不容乐观。正是基于此,本文对影响海归创业企业成长性的关键因素进行了研究,希望通过探究这些关键影响因素,为海归如何更好地回国创业提出有效的建议,增大其创业成功的概率,为以后回国的海外人才提供更多可借鉴的经验,寻找到一条适合海归创业者前进的正确道路,同时也可以吸引人才回流,鼓励更多的海外人才回国创业,从而提升中国在世界上的竞争力。 企业成长理论一直是国内外学者关注以及研究的热点领域之一,对于企业成长的研究,也已经有了很丰富的成果。但是对于创业企业成长性的研究并不多,且大多集中在理论研究,实证研究相对较少。对于海归创业企业成长性的研究更是处于起步阶段,而且大多数已有研究只是陈述现象,未进行深入研究。因此,本文选择以海归创业企业为研究对象,通过对国内外相关研究文献的回顾和梳理,结合海归创业企业的特点,理论上提出了影响其成长的关键因素,进而以82家有海归背景的创业板上市公司为研究样本,通过回归分析验证这些因素。 通过实证分析得出以下结论:海归创业企业的融资能力、市场营销能力、高管团队产业经验异质性、职能经验异质性以及企业规模与其成长性之间呈显著的正相关关系。最后,针对本文的研究结论,作者提出了一些对策和建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the advent of the 21st century, more and more overseas talents choose to return to found their own companies, and gradually become the main force of the entrepreneurs. Returnees is a group of high-level personnel, they bring advanced scientific knowledge and technology from abroad, and they have the modern business management ideas and international vision. All above can not only promote the pace of domestic entrepreneurs, offering inexhaustible impetus for our country’s economic and social development, but also accelerate the process of economic globalization and integration into the world. Their return and starting new businesses, is a new form of China’s utilization of foreign investment, and it is also a big advantage for China to participate in international competition. Therefore, returnees starting business has very important strategic significance. However, studies have found the situation that returnees starting business is not optimistic. Based on this, this paper will focus on the key factors of growth of companies founded by returnees, hoping to come up with effective proposals for returnees to increase the probability of success, providing more useful experience for following returnees, encouraging more overseas talents to return home, so as to enhance the competitiveness of China in the world. Business growth theory has always been one of the hot research areas that scholars pay close attention to and study, thus, studies on business growth have been very fruitful. But studies on growth of start-ups are not so many, and most of them concentrate on the theoretical research. Study on the returnees’ start-ups growth has even been in its infancy, and most existing studies just present the phenomenon instead of conducting further study. Therefore, this paper choose companies founded by returnees as the object of study, put forward the key factors by reviewing the relevant research literature and combining with the characteristics of the returnees ventures. Then the study take 82 GEM listed companies with returnees background as the study sample, verify these factors by regression analysis. Through the empirical analysis, the study can arrive at the following conclusions: there is a significant positive correlation between the growth of companies founded by returnees and some factors including financing ability, marketing ability, company size, industry experience heterogeneity and career experience heterogeneity of the executive team. Finally, the paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of the conclusions. | |
