中文摘要:网络与电子商务的发展为传统制造商提供了新的产品分销方式,除了通过零售商运营的传统零售渠道外,制造商还可以通过自建网络渠道,直接面对消费者,进行产品的售卖。新的分销渠道帮助制造商加强同消费者之间的联系,让制造商对供应链整体有了更好的控制,但是网络渠道的引入,打破了供应链系统原有的平衡,引起了渠道间的竞争,零售商感到威胁,渠道间的冲突产生,制造商面临着是否应开设网络直销渠道的选择。技术的进步加剧了企业间的竞争,质量保障成为新的企业间竞争点,质保时长作为重要的质保项目,在消费者对产品的评价中起到越来越重要的作用。面对上述的情况本文开展了对双渠道供应链的研究。本文考虑的供应链系统,由制造商运营的网络直销渠道和由零售商运营的传统零售渠道组成,制造商可以通过两种渠道分销产品。文章首先研究了制造商提供质保时间时,供应链的渠道选择及定价问题,在此基础上,又考虑了零售商为产品提供附加服务时,供应链各方的决策。发现双渠道的供应链分销方式对制造商有利,制造商应该开展网络渠道,同时发现制造商提供质保时间、零售商增加产品服务都能起到缓解渠道间冲突的作用,提升供应链各方的利润。文章还对双渠道供应链的最优质保时间进行了决策,首先考虑了消费量同时受产品价格和质保时间影响的情况,得到了制造商的最优质保时间决策。随后考虑了产品价格由市场决定,需求仅依赖于质保时间的情况,求得了此时的最优质保时间,并分析了两种需求下各参数对质保时间的影响。 
英文摘要:The development of Internet and E-commerce provides new selling channel for traditional manufacturers. Other than the old fashioned brick and mortar retailers, manufacturers nowadays can sell its product to the customers directly through e-channel which is operated by themselves. With this new channel, the manufacturer will be able to build up a closer relationship with their customers. Therefore the manufacturer can enjoy more controlling power in the supply chain. However the introduction of the new e-channel might disturb the formed equilibrium in the supply chain. The retailer might feel threatened by the e-channel. Thus introduction of e-channel could become the trigger of channel conflict. Whether or not to build a e-channel needs to be decided by the manufacturer. On the other hand, as the increasing development of science and technology, competition among firms gets harder. To provide warranty seems to be a good method for the manufacturer to become more competitive. Customers consider more about the warranty terms when making a purchase decision. Considering the above background, the theme of this thesis, study on dual channel supply chain, has been made. The supply chain consists of single manufacturer and single retailer has been studied. The manufacturer can sell its products through e-channel or retail channel. This thesis first looks at the pricing problem of the supply chain and the manufacturer’s decision of whether or not to build an e-channel. It shows that the manufacturer will be better off with an e-channel, for the existence of the e-channel force the retailer to price lower, and the increasing demand will help the manufacturer to earn more. It also shows that manufacturer providing warranty and the retailer providing extra service will benefit the supply chain as a whole and ease the conflict between dual channels. This thesis also studies the optimal warranty decision. Two scenarios have been examined. In the first scenario, the demand is related to both price and warranty. The optimal warranty has been acquired, and the influence factors have been analyzed. In the second scenario, warranty-dependent demand which is influenced only by the warranty has been used. The manufacturer and the retailer provide warranty for its own distribution channel. The optimal warranty has been acquired and analyzed.
