中文摘要: | 汽车行业的发展为车载扬声器企业带来了机遇和挑战,整车厂对车载扬声器企业的关注焦点已经从单纯的产品质量和价格转移到对研发项目整个管理过程的质量上。企业拥有让客户放心的研发项目质量管理过程是占有市场的一把利器。 ZM公司是国内唯一一家在扬声器行业内获得“中华老字号”殊荣的扬声器企业, 但其传统的产品研发模式无法得到客户的青睐,企业的竞争力因此被削弱。如何使用项目质量管理的理念识别和改善研发项目的管理过程,从而使整个研发过程得到客户信赖是亟待解决的问题。论文讲述了如何策划一个适合新产品开发项目运行质量环境,分析了SPK车载扬声器项目的特点和企业的质量目标状况,对建立具体项目级质量目标的方式进行了探索,研究了对具体项目建立合适项目组织结构的过程。在质量目标和组织结构明确的前提下,对扬声器开发项目的管理过程进行策划、识别、分析,并在此基础上识别出了关键过程和重点控制过程。本文对识别出的关键过程进行了质量保证方面的研究,明确了关键过程的质量保证目标,针对关键过程设计了科学可行的质量控制标准,实现了对这些过程的事前控制。对关键过程和重点控制过程,本文进行了质量控制方面的研究,对过程进行监督、管理和事中控制。通过对质量目标的确认,本文证实了对项目管理过程实施质量保证和质量控制的有效性。最后,对质量目标的持续改进进一步推动了项目组对项目管理过程的优化,形成了提高管理过程水平的闭环。综上所有的这些研究对企业开发项目的质量管理过程优化具有重要的理论和实践意义。 | |
英文摘要: | Development of Auto industry brings great opportunities and challenges to the automotive speaker companies. Auto makers focus more and more on the whole process quality management instead of product quality and price. For automotive speaker companies, good project quality management will satisfy customer more, and will be a great weapon while seizing market. ZM is the only company who awards “Historical Brand” in speaker industry. However, its competitiveness is being weakened by its traditional product development mode, which result that ZM can’t gain customer’s favorite. How to use the concept of project quality management to recognize and improve the project management process, and how to convince customer the whole development process of speaker, will be an urgent problem waiting for resolving. The characteristic of automotive speaker project and current situation of quality objective is analyzed in this paper. Also the way to set quality objective of project level, and the process how to structure a project organization were studied in this paper. And then the management process of speaker development program is planned, identified and analyzed. The core project process and important project process are highlighted. The quality assurance of the core project process is studied, quality control standard is defined to these processes in this paper, and so quality prior-control to them is fulfilled. Quality controls to the core and important process are studied, and also process audit, management and on-site control method are studied. Through the confirmation of quality objective, the effectivity of quality assurance and quality control in project management is proved. In the end, continuous improvement to quality objective can further optimize the project management process, which forms a closed loop to continuous improvement of project management. All above studies have strong practical significance and theory guiding sense to continuous improvement of development project management. | |
