中文摘要：	自从改革开放以来30多年来，船舶融资租赁在我国发展迅速。船舶融资租赁作为在国际上比较成熟的租赁方式，也越来越受到我国的关注。但是由于我国的特殊国情，我国融资租赁理论与实务均起步较晚，没有形成完善的风险管理体系，也没有先进的风险管理工具，从而导致了融资租赁出租人的风险管理能力十分落后。从目前来看，船舶融资租赁的风险研究鲜有定量分析，还是以定性分析为主。在这种情况下，我们可以借鉴其他领域的先进的风险管理模式，经过改善应用到船舶融资租赁中，使得出租方能更好的控制融资租赁的风险，这样才能促进整个行业有长远发展。 本文首先介绍了融资租赁的定义分类与优势特点及其相关理论，着重介绍了风险管理理论的发展，并且对船舶融资租赁的现状做了详细描述。其次，将全面风险管理理论应用到船舶融资租赁出租人的风险管理中，将船舶融资租赁与全面风险管理（ERM）相结合，来评估融资租赁的风险。由于船舶融资租赁与一般融资租赁相比有其特殊性，针对船舶融资租赁所面临的特殊风险，我们将全面风险管理进行调整，并提出了风险评估方法。最后，将以上所提出了风险评估方法应用到案例中，实现了模型的应用。因此，本文对船舶融资租赁中出租方即融资租赁企业的风险管理有着理论指导作用。
英文摘要：	When we start the reform and opening 30 years ago, the ship financial lease in our country developed rapidly. It was used more in the world, and we pay much attention to this method. However, due to the special circumstances of our country, the theory and practice of finance lease in China started late, did not form a comprehensive risk management system and there is no risk management tools, Leading to a finance lease the lessor's risk management ability is very backward. So far, the research of ship finance leasing risk research is mainly on qualitative analysis , there is little quantitative analysis .In this case, we can learn from other areas of advanced risk management models, put it into the ship finance lease, in order to the rental can control the risk of a finance lease better. This paper first introduces the definition and classification of finance lease and advantage of the characteristics of its theory, focuses on the development of the theory of risk management, as well as description of the status quo of the ship financial lease. Second, we combine the risk management theory to the risk management of the financial lessor of the ship to assess the risk of a finance lease. Because ship financial leasing has its own specialty and compare with general finance lease, we adjust and proposed risk assessment methodology. Finally, we put the risk assessment methodology to the case, realizing the application of the model. Therefore, this paper has a theoretical guidance to the risk management of the lessor in ship financial leasing in a finance lease companies.
