中文摘要:随着互联网的日益普及,微博等社交网络平台逐渐成为人们了解、获取并交换信息的主要场所之一,因此,这类网络平台在近年来吸引了大批学者的研究热情。而微博作为一种全新的自媒体平台,其便捷的交互性与极高的传播速度对新闻舆情的传播产生了极大的影响。本文以一类特定的舆情事件——食品安全类事件——为研究对象,分析了现有的相关研究,提出目前缺乏从微观角度分析舆情传播过程中各主体间互动关系的研究文献现状,进而提出研究主题:针对特定的事件,分析其舆情信息在微博平台中的传播机制以及各参与主体之间的互动对传播的影响。 本文先从网络舆情、微博平台以及信息传播三方面整理总结了当下的研究现状,分析了微博平台中参与信息传播的主体要素以及信息在复杂网络中的动态传播方式。其次,本研究从系统动力学角度出发,运用系统动态分析软工具Vensim以及数学建模工具Matlab,提出了针对食品安全类舆情事件在微博平台上的动力学传播模型,给出各个主体的定义与他们之间的互动方式。而后,通过对一个实际食品安全事件的仿真分析,验证了模型的可靠性,进而通过对模型中不同主体交互参数的设定,模拟舆情事件在不同情境下的传播过程,最后再依据此结果对不同主体提出相应的政策意见。本研究的创新之处在于:1)统筹考虑食品安全类舆情信息在微博平台传播的整个动态过程,完善了主体及主体间交互的规则约束,使得模型更加贴近网络舆情真实的传播过程;2)本文通过针对事件当事人、网络媒体与传统媒体使用不同方式参与信息传播的仿真结果,为不同的主体提供参与舆情事件传播的政策意见,以便日后在同类事件发生时,能够尽早优化应对策略,减少不必要的损失,维持良好的网络形象。 
英文摘要:Driven by the Internet, social networks such as microblog are among the top choices for people to obtain and share information. Therefore, during these years, lots of researchers are attracted by the rapid development of network platforms. As one of the brand-new social media platform, microblog, with its convenient interactive approach and high diffusion speed, has influenced dissemination process of news. This research, targeted at food safety events, has analyzed current studies. After noticing that there is little research about the objectives’ interaction of public information diffusion from a micro-perspective, this paper put forward a model which fills the gap by recognizing the primary participants in the information diffusion process and proposing the patterns of their interaction. In this paper, current studies of online public opinions, social network platform and information diffusion are summarized in Chapter Two, which also integrates the primary participants of information diffusion over microblog platform and the dynamic diffusion approaches in the context of complex networks. Then, this research makes use of tools such as Vensim and Matlab to establish a model which describes the dynamic information diffusion process of microblog, and defines the roles and rules of online interaction. By simulating a real food safety event, the model has proved to be valid. Different scenarios can be simulated by changing some of the parameters of the model. Comparing the results generated in those scenarios, the paper has made some suggestions to the relevant participants in order to maximize their interests. The innovation of this paper is to consider the whole dynamic process from the above, recognize the players and perfect the rules and constraints, making the model more close to the dissemination process in reality. Besides, another contribution of this paper is that it made useful and targeted suggestions to each relevant players, optimizing their behaviors and strategies and maintaining its good image.
