中文摘要:软件即服务(Software as a Service,SaaS)是随着互联网技术的发展而兴起的一种创新的软件服务模式。为了加强市场营销,许多SaaS服务提供商在与分销商合作,建设实体渠道的同时,也开始独立在网上销售,发展电子销售渠道,形成双渠道,因此SaaS双渠道供应链的研究变得越来越重要。本文建立了SaaS双渠道竞争的模型,通过建模、求解、数值仿真等,分析了集中决策和分散决策情形下供应链参与者及供应链的最优利润差异,进而研究了逆收入共享契约、奖励惩罚契约对SaaS双渠道供应链的协调。研究发现,在一定情况下SaaS服务提供商和代理商分散决策下的整体利润小于集中决策下的整体利润,分散决策使供应链的效率降低。逆收入共享契约和奖励惩罚契约都可以实现对SaaS双渠道供应链的协调。服务水平敏感性对于逆收入共享契约、奖励惩罚契约对供应链的改善没有太大影响。渠道差异敏感性对逆收入共享契约、奖励惩罚契约对供应链的改善有较大影响,渠道差异敏感性水平处在较低水平,利润提升的越多,渠道差异敏感性水平处在较高水平,利润的提升很小,没有太大改善。当服务水平敏感性未知时,SaaS服务提供商总是选择奖励惩罚契约更有利;当渠道差异敏感性未知时,SaaS服务提供商总是选择逆收入共享契约更有利,能够获得更高的利润提升。文章的结论扩充了现有的SaaS服务供应链的相关研究,也为SaaS服务提供商选择合适的契约提供了一定的参考,对其科学运作与管理有一定帮助。本文也有一些不足,例如模型的适用范围有限,没有考虑随机需求等情况,模型中未引入行为因素等,在今后的研究中如果能予以扩充和完善,将更具有参考价值和现实意义。 
英文摘要:With the development of Internet technology, Software as a Service (SaaS) becomes a new software service pattern. In order to strengthen marketing, many SaaS service providers start developing the electronic direct channel, while laying solid channels at the same time. As the formation of double channel dual channel, the research on SaaS dual channel supply chain becomes more and more important. This paper established the SaaS double channel competition model, through modeling, solving, numerical simulation, analyze the optimal profit difference between centralized and decentralized decision making under supply chain participants and supply chain, then study the inverse revenue-sharing contract, reward and punishment of contract on SaaS dual channel supply chain. SaaS service providers and agents gain less profit under the condition of dispersed decision compared to that of centralized decision, and decentralized decision reduce the supply chain efficiency. Inverse revenue sharing contract and reward and punishment of contract can coordinate the SaaS dual channel supply chain. The service level sensitivity does not have too big effect on the supply chain improvement under inverse revenue sharing contract and reward and punishment contract. Channel differential sensitivity has great influence on the supply chain improvement under inverse revenue sharing contract and reward and punishment contract, while channel differential sensitivity at the lower level, the supply chain gains more profit promotion, while channel differential sensitivity at a higher level, the promotion of profit is very small, the supply chain does not have too big improvement. When the service level sensitivity is unknown, SaaS service providers always choose reward and punishment of contract, which is more advantageous; when the channel differential sensitivity is unknown, SaaS service provider always select the inverse revenue sharing contract, which is more advantageous. The conclusion of this paper extends the existing research of SaaS service supply chain, also provides certain reference for the SaaS service provider selection of appropriate contract and have some help for the scientific operation and management. This paper also has some limitations, such as not considering stochastic demand, not introducing the behavioral factors and so on, if the model can be expanded and improved in future studies, it will have a reference value and practical significance.
