中文摘要:随着信息技术的快速发展和应用领域的扩大及深入,多项目管理正逐渐成为当前及未来项目管理研究的热点领域之一。在多项目的研究领域中,为了有效的解决资源冲突问题,如何对项目进行进度计划安排,合理的控制项目的工期,是多项目研究这一研究领域中的热点问题。因此,在这样的研究背景下,本文针对在多项目进度计划这一具体问题进行了探讨,提出了有效解决资源冲突的进度计划编制方法。 本文在对多项目管理理论、约束理论等相关理论总结分析的基础上,提出了多项目的进度计划方法。该方法首先考虑成本、收益和人力资源这些项目间的影响因素,通过对多项目进行选择和排序得到具有项目优先级的项目组;再运用关键链技术和资源控制算法,编制以实现整体合同工期为目标的多项目进度计划,最终解决了多项目环境下的资源冲突这一具体问题。最后,通过实际案例对基于关键链技术的多项目进度计划方法进行验证,证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。 本文的主要结论有以下两个方面:一是在多项目的选择问题上,提出了考虑项目成本、项目收益以及企业人力资源这些相互影响因素的0-1线性规划方法,同时该方法有效地与交货期惩罚函数相结合解决了项目的选择和排序问题;二是利用关键链技术和资源控制算法有效地编制以实现整体合同工期为目标的多项目进度计划,并且避免资源冲突。  
英文摘要:With rapid development and further application of information technology, multi-project management is gradually becoming a hot point in the project management field. In the multi-project research field, in order to solve the resource confliction problem effectively, how to make the project schedule effectively, and control the project period is the most important issue in this field. Therefore, under this research background, this thesis discusses the problem of multi-project schedule management, and proposes a method to solve this problem. Based on the study of multi-project management, the theory of constraints, this thesis proposes the multi-project scheduling method. This method is divided into two steps: Firstly selects projects and orders them by their priority considering factors such as cost, benefit and human resource, then uses critical chain technology and resource control algorithm to make a reasonable schedule for multi-projects, definitely solve the problem of resource confliction in the multi-project environment. At last, using the case to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of this method In this thesis, the following are the main conclusions: firstly, in multi-project selection and order issues, on the consideration of costs, benefits and human resources between projects, this thesis uses 0-1 programming method and the delivery of the penalty function combining solve selection and order problem of the projects; secondly, followed by the use of critical chain technology and resources control algorithm to make schedule for the projects, this thesis definitely resolve the specific issue of resource confliction, and make a reasonable schedule for the projects.
