中文摘要:随着工业经济的发展,中国逐步成为能源消耗大国,同时也担负着愈加重要的使命。在哥本哈根会议上,温总理也提出十二五期间我国的节能减排目标:至2020年CO2排放量比2005年减少40%。而汽车制造企业由于其生产制造过程中存在产业链长、工艺技术复杂、工序繁多等特点,企业的绝对耗能都很大,基本上全部都是重点耗能企业。因此,建立符合汽车制造企业特点的有效的能源管理体系,实现能源消耗的递减及生产成本的降低,是企业目前面临的重大课题和重大挑战。 本文通过ISO14001环境管理体系标准以及国内外的节能经验总结,对汽车制造企业生产全过程进行有效控制,避免了能源使用的浪费。通过在企业内部建立及运行一个符合环境管理标准的能源管理体系,实现节能减排相关改善活动的有效开展,减少了能源的使用。通过设定目标,指标,方案,对企业生产中的重要环境因素进行控制,使汽车制造企业有效地减少污染,节约能源。本文选择企业生命周期中运营期这一阶段,进行能源使用情况和能源管理体系的分析,并通过天津一汽丰田汽车有限公司能源管理体系实施案例研究,找出一条新的,适合汽车制造企业的能源管理体系建设方法。 本文研究认为建立一套结合汽车制造工艺生产特点的能源管理体系,能源管理组织机构,识别企业节能因素,细化能源管理,适应当前汽车制造企业的生产和节能形势需要。将此能源管理体系应用与天津一汽丰田汽车有限公司,取得了明显的节能效果,降低了企业能源消耗成本,提高了企业市场竞争力;配备完善的能源计量器具,建立企业能源计量和统计系统,是汽车制造企业开展有效能源管理工作的基础;节能技术改造对于汽车制造企业的节能减排工作至关重要,将节能技改同能源管理相结合,可使企业在能源管理方面取得更加显著的成效。 
英文摘要:With the development of industrial economy, China gradually became a big energy consumption country, but also has the more important mission. At the Copenhagen conference, premier wen also put forward energy conservation and emissions reduction goal during the period of 12th five-year in China: to CO2 emissions 40% less in 2005 than in 2020. And automobile manufacturing companies due to its long industrial chain.It is complex that they exist in the process of production and manufacturing technology.The process is various characteristics of enterprise's absolute energy consumption which is very big, almost all of them are key energy consumption enterprises. Build accord with the characteristics of automobile manufacturing enterprises, therefore, efficient energy management system, and realization of decreasing energy consumption and lower production costs, is the enterprise facing major issues and major challenges. In this article, through the ISO14001 environmental management system standard, and energy conservation at home and abroad experience, to the automobile manufacturing enterprise production process for effective control, avoid the waste of energy use. Through within the enterprise to establish and maintain an environmental management standard of the energy management system, realize the effective development of energy conservation and emissions reduction related improvement activities, reduce the use of energy. By setting goals, metrics, and running, to control enterprise production of the important environmental factors, make the automobile manufacturing enterprises to reduce pollution, save energy effectively. This paper choose enterprise life cycle operation period in this stage, the analysis of energy usage and energy management system,and through The TianJin Faw Toyota Motor Co., LTD. The energy management system construction case study, find a new suitable construction method for automobile manufacturing enterprise energy management system. This paper studies that establish a car manufacturing process production characteristics of the energy management system, energy management organization, identification of enterprise energy saving factors, refining energy management, to adapt to the current automobile manufacturing enterprise's production and energy saving situation requires. The energy management system will be applied with TianJin Faw Toyota Motor Co., LTD. which has obvious energy saving effect, reduces the energy consumption cost, improve the enterprise market competitiveness; Equipped with perfect energy measuring instruments, the establishment of enterprise energy measurement and statistics system is the basis of automobile manufacturing enterprises to carry out the effective energy management work; Energy-saving technological transformation which is vital for automobile manufacturing enterprise's energy conservation and emissions reduction work combined with energy management energy saving that can make the enterprise more significant achievements have been made in energy management.
