中文摘要:作为新的开放式创新模式,众包竞赛已受到业界人士和学者越来越多的关注。随着众包竞赛平台服务的改进和企业对众包竞赛模式认识的加深,该领域会有广阔的发展空间。然而,众包竞赛市场上的欺诈现象正在威胁着众包竞赛模式的健康发展,这里的欺诈既有买家的欺诈,又有威客的欺诈。目前,业界采用两种方法来防范买家的欺诈行为:知识产权保护和网络社区监督,都能有效地防范买家欺诈。对于威客的欺诈,当前的威客网站主要依靠买家举报、威客网站纠正违规行为并扣减威客信用度的方法进行处理,但这一处理流程忽略了信誉机制自身的防范作用,需耗费大量的人力物力。目前关于防范威客欺诈机制的研究比较少,缺乏相应的研究成果。 本文就是在这种背景下考虑如何设计适合威客网站的、能有效防范威客欺诈的信誉机制,为威客网站提供参考。文章首先交代了研究背景并提出研究问题、研究意义、研究内容及研究方法;接着对本文相关的众包和众包竞赛的概念和分类进行了界定,对本文用到的相关理论进行了回顾,并从众包竞赛欺诈行为的处理机制、电子商务信誉机制及众包竞赛的信誉机制等方面对国内外相关研究成果进行了综述;然后以委托代理理论和道德风险模型为理论基础,以现有的信誉机制的设计原理为依据,以威客收益最大化为目标构建了防范威客欺诈的二元信誉机制的模型,并运用数理模型分析法研究了信誉机制中各种参数对众包竞赛效益的影响,如单阶段边际收益、信用度转换的概率、公布的评价数量等,验证了模型的有效性;最后总结出了本文的主要结论。 本文的主要创新点是从信誉机制的角度补充了当前威客欺诈行为防范机制领域的研究;借鉴了国外电子商务网站(eBay)的信誉机制,依据现有信誉机制的设计原理,从威客收益最大化的角度出发,构建了防范威客欺诈的众包竞赛信誉机制。文章在最后指出了本文研究的不足及对该领域未来研究的展望。 
英文摘要:As a new mode of open innovation, crowdsourcing contest has been paid more and more attention in the industry and among scholars. As crowdsourcing platform service for crowdsourcing contests has been promoted and the understanding of enterprise competition mode has been deepened, the fields have a broad space for development. The fraud in crowdsourcing contest market, however, are threatening the healthy development of crowdsourcing contest model.The fraud here includes both buyer fraud and witkey fraud. At present, the industry uses two methods to prevent buyer fraud—intellectual property protection and community supervision, which can effectively prevent buyer fraud. For witkey fraud, the current witkey website relies on buyers and witkey platform to deal with witkey fraud . Buyers can report the fraud to witkey platform , then witkey platform can correct irregularities and deduct the witkey credit. But this process ignores the preventive role of reputation mechanism, while costing a lot of manpower and material resources. At present, there is little research and relevant research results on the mechanism to prevent witkey fraud. Given context, the paper explains how to design the suitable reputation mechanism for witkey website to effectively prevent witkey fraud and provide reference for current witkey website. This paper firstly states the background of the research and problems the research needs to solve , the significance of the research, the contents and methods of the research; secondly, this paper defines the relevant concepts and classification of crowdsouring and crowdsouring contest, reviews the relevant theory used in this paper, then reviews relevant research results at home and abroad from three aspects:the mechanism to deal with fraud, reputation mechanism of e-commerce and reputation mechanism of crowdsourcing contests; thirdly, according to the design principle the existing reputation mechanism,this paper make the theory of principal-agent and moral hazard model as the theoretical basis and build the binary reputation mechanism model to prevent witkey fraud mechanism and maximize witkey’s benefit,while use mathematical model analytic method to study the influence of various parameters of the reputation mechanism on the benefits of crowdsourcing contest, such as marginal revenue in each period, the probability of reputation transferation,the quantity of public evaluation and so on,verifing the validity of the model; finally,the paper summarizes the main conclusions of this paper. In this paper, the main innovation is to make up for the research on current witkey fraud prevention mechanism from the perspective of reputation mechanism; borrowed from reputation mechanism of foreign e-commerce website (eBay), on the basis of design principle of the existing reputation mechanism, from the perspective of witkey’s benefit maximization, this paper builds a reputation mechanism to prevent witkey fraud for crowdsourcing contest. At last,the paper points out the shortages of this paper and the outlook for future research in this field.
