中文摘要:A集团是以房地产建设为核心业务的大型产融综合集团,有将近20年的发展历史。房地产领域,经历10余年发展,某企业开发项目近70个,开发面积超过1000万平米,开发地域遍及保定、沧州、邯郸、承德、石家庄、秦皇岛、廊坊、衡水、信阳等多个地市。在商业地产开发运营方面,公司的商业综合体和专业市场开发成为推动河北地区,特别是保定和白沟地区经济发展的重要力量。公司专业的商贸运营公司以启动、策划及经营管理商业项目为主要职能,截至2011年底,公司已运营商业面积150万平方米,在建商业面积200万平方米。新能源方面,集团旗下的光为绿色新能源股份有限公司,创建于2008年12月,注册资金4.4亿人民币,是河北省重点支持建设项目,占地1000亩。截至2011年,员工总数超过3000人,是年产360兆瓦的多晶硅太阳能生产基地。随着外部环境的变化和企业自身实力的不断壮大,A集团在公司战略层面面临着对成长方式的新的抉择。原有地产业务所在区域的市场日趋饱和使得集团的未来的成长战略成为集团总部目前亟待解决的首要问题,集团要寻找出新的利润增长点以满足集团的赢利,进而发挥贡献税收、解决地方就业等相关职能。本文主体内容,共分为四部分。第一部分,通过对集团现有业务的分析,进行产品市场范围的界定。第二部分,为对集团成长向量的选择。第三部分,为对集团竞争优势的判断。第四部分,为对商业地产板块发展所产生的溢出效应的研究。本文认为,房地产业务板块将形成地域多角化。突破原有的河北省地区性市场,向周边地区,如京津、环渤海经济圈延伸。其中,住宅地产业务以地域多角化为主,商业地产业务以产品多角化为主;光伏产业,面对目前较为复杂波动的国际环境,采取稳健策略,减少产量或停产,避免产能浪费带来的大量损失;金融业务,在现有高碑店地区基础上,辐射河北省,力争在未来5年内在省内形成一定规模;电子商务业务,将以白沟地区现有线上平台为开端,在现有万户通平台的基础上进一步完善,最终将电子商务业务拓展至集团现有全部业务模块。 
英文摘要:A Industrial Group Corporation is a large-scale enterprise which takes the Real estate development and construction as its core industry. With a 20 years’ experience in its core business, A group now face a developed environment which means that the group has to explore a brand new method of profit growth. Only in that way, can the group keep its pace as always and donate numerous taxes and job vacancies for local government. This article discusses the development problem in for aspects. The first part is to settle the operation and commercial scope of the group so that we could have a general control of our service and products. This part shows that the real estate is the most profitable sector of the whole group and the commercial real estate is the first and foremost thing. The second part of the article count out which part is the most valued in the future. We agreed that we should pay attention on the commercial real estate development. Given that the potential market of living development couldn’t last for long, commercial is considered as a new growing point. The third part shows that the group has its own advantages such as its brand, cash flow and its product line in commerce and trade, especially in Baigou. The forth part mainly make a clue about how the commercial real estate affect other parts of the group. This article mainly focuses on the study of the Expansion Strategies of A Industrial Group Corporation, using the Ansoff strategy theory, the BCG matrix and the PEST to discover the new profit point. Based on the former study, this article suggested that the group take the commercial real estate as its new development priority and insisting on its diversification growth strategies.
