| 中文摘要: | 航空器维修项目通常需要在有限的人力资源投入和时间限制内完成,并且项目实施时间长短会直接的影响到航空公司盈利水平。而良好的项目进度控制方法可以有效地缩短了项目工作周期,从而使公司整体利润增长。因此,在这种情况下有效的项目进度控制方法变得越来越重要。 项目管理作为新兴的管理学科,已越来越多地应用在各个行业领域中,如工程建设、产品研发等。其中,进度管理是在项目管理中的重要内容,也是项目中成本控制、进度管理、质量保证三大目标之一,是项目管理的关键控制点,更是保证项目能够按期完成的重要依据。对项目进度的实施有效控制,使其按时达到预期目标,是项目管理的中心工作任务之一。进度控制实施质量的好坏不仅会影响项目的成败与否,还可能会直接影响项目的经济效益的实现。因此,本文将项目管理相关理论应用于航空器维修项目进度控制当中,科学合理的规划资源调配、节约项目成本、保证工作质量,同时对项目的进度控制中各方面影响因素及其对策进行了分析研究。 本论文首先介绍论文研究背景,分析本论文研究的目的及实践意义。其次对论文的基础理论及论文思路作了基本介绍,然后描述影响进度控制的因素,以及相应的进度控制对策和体系。随后以飞机维修案例分析论证项目进度控制的有效性。最后给出结论和进一步研究的建议。指出本文研究的不足之处,并提出进一步研究的内容与方向。本篇论文的创新性主要体现在将项目进度管理方法应用在在飞机维修行业项目管理实施中,指出了飞机维修项目进度控制应该关注的关键环节和主线,近而为其他飞机维修项目进度控制提供一些可供参考的意见或建议。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Aircraft maintenance works are usually required to be completed within limited time and limited human resources. The time efficiency in executing the tasks, meanwhile, directly influences the profitability of the airline companies. Good schedule control techniques can effectively shorten the time required for the tasks and improve the profitability of the company. The efficiency in “Project Management” for aircraft maintenance, therefore, is now becoming increasingly important. Project management has been increasingly used in the field of various industries, such as construction, product development, etc. The schedule management is an important part in project management. Cost control, schedule management, quality assurance, one of three goals is the key to the project management control points, but also the important basis of make sure project can be finished. To effectively control the project schedule, make its reach expected target on time, is one of the important tasks of project management. Schedule control implementation of the quality not only affects the success or failure of project, also may directly affect the economic benefit of project implementation. In this thesis, we select to study the effectiveness of introducing the critical chain based project scheduling techniques into the aircraft maintenance models. Through case studies, we endeavor to find the methods to optimize the efficiency through the critical chain based project scheduling techniques. The results of our study are consolidated, so as to provide recommendations on an effective scheduling system to meet the requirements of aircraft maintenance project. This thesis introduces research background, analysis of the purpose of the practical significance first. Secondly made a basic introduction to the theory of thesis and then describe the effect factors of the scheduling control. Next, the aircraft maintenance case analysis the effectiveness of progress control. Pointed out the inadequacies of this thesis, and put forward the content and direction of further research. Innovation of this thesis is mainly reflected in the scheduling control of the project management approach used in the implementation of the aircraft maintenance industry, pointed out aircraft maintenance project schedule control should be concerned about the Critical Chain. | |
