| 中文摘要: | 随着中国社会的不断发展壮大,中国开始逐步与国际接轨,国内的产品也越来越多的走向国际市场,不可避免的,所出口的产品必然要符合当地或者国际的各项标准。当国际标准变更的时候,相应的,出口产品也必须的做出调整,推出符合新标准的产品,因此推出新产品也就成为了必然,而作为这样一个背景下推出的新产品项目还是具有一定难度和研究以及参考价值的。本文采用文献分析、案例分析的研究方法,力争通过研究找到新产品投放市场项目在各个阶段的影响因素,并对其中主要因素进行研究并找到关键因素的控制方法,最终达到可以使新产品投放项目顺利进行,并保证质量的目的,从而使企业在时代发展科技进步和标准不断提高的今天,更顺利的与国际接轨,并减少质量问题的出现。在得到经济利益的同时,也能够保持良好的企业信誉度,帮助企业在日益激烈的市场竞争当中处于有利的地位。本文的研究成果为通过研究分析了企业在国际标准改变的大前提下,必须在短时间内迅速做出反应,做出投放新产品的决策之后将如何展开项目的整个过程,不仅需要考虑时间进度,还要保证良好质量等影响因素,通过对各阶段的因素进行具体分析的基础上,可以得知,通过了解各个方面的因素,可以选择恰当应对方法以保证新产品投放项目的顺利实施,还要考虑后期的质量保障。因此,本文重点研究了新产品投放市场时的前期准备阶段、中期实施阶段以及最后收尾阶段各方面的影响因素及其控制方法,并将A公司新产品投放的整个过程,进度的管理及控制,质量的保证措施内容作为案例进行研究,证明了本文所研究的控制方法对于新产品投放过程具有参考性及实际应用意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the continuous development and expansion of Chinese society, China has begun to gradually with the international standards, domestic products are more and more get into the international market, exporting is bound to comply with the standards of the local or international. When international standards change, the corresponding export products must also make adjustments to launch products that meet the new standards, the launch of new products as such a background is somehow difficulty. This paper is using the document analysis, case study research methods, through the research is strive to find new products on the market at all stages, influencing factors, and one of the key factors to research and find the key factor in the control method, and ultimately achieve the new product launch projects carried out smoothly, and the purpose of quality assurance, so that enterprises in the era of the development of scientific and technological progress and rising standards of today, more smoothly with international standards and reduce quality problems appear. Economic benefits are also considered at the same time, enterprises are able to maintain a good corporate reputation, help them in a favorable position in the increasingly fierce market competition. The results of this research study analyzed change the premise of the enterprises in the international standards, in a short period of time to make quick response to make the launch of the new product decision-making about how to start the whole process of the project, not only need to consider the progress of time, but also to ensure good quality factors based on specific analysis of the various stages of the factors, you can learn to understand all aspects of the factors, you can choose the appropriate way to deal with in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new products on the project, but also consider the latter part of the quality assurance. Therefore, this paper focuses on the preparation stage when the new products to market, the interim implementation phase as well as the final finishing stage all aspects influencing factors control method, and Company A new product launch process, quality assurance measures as case studies to prove that the control methods studied in this paper for the new product launch process reference and practical significance. | |
