| 中文摘要: | 我国烟草企业正处于从传统营销模式步入现代化营销的转型阶段,营销信息化是烟草企业开展现代化营销、完成科学管理的必选途径。烟草行业工商分开后,市场竞争加剧,各企业纷纷加大了营销信息化的费用投入,营销信息化项目建设力度加大。但企业在进行营销信息化项目建设时,往往由于未能有效地开展项目进度管理,导致企业无法及时发现项目建设中出现的诸如项目进度不能如期完成、所需资源未能得到有效满足及资源配置不合理等等影响项目实施效果的情况,营销信息化项目管理水平较低。企业营销信息化项目的成功必须依靠切实可行的项目进度管理以确保整个项目建设目标的有效完成。 烟草企业的营销信息化项目进度管理是指依照整个项目工作的结构分解和设计,在充分掌握了环境与资源有限的前提下,进行营销信息化项目的工作计划先后关系表的编制,并将信息化项目工作的时间估算表和网络计划图制作完成,以保证信息化项目得以顺利完成的基准计划。编制烟草企业的营销信息化项目计划与将计划中的各项工作落实可能受到部分人为、技术、资金及环境等不同因素的影响,但人的因素是整个项目计划执行过程中最主要的干扰源,经由对人在烟草企业的营销信息化项目所处的不同阶段对项目产生的影响情况进行分析,能够有效地规避风险,确保整个项目计划的准确制定与顺利执行。 本文以山东中烟营销信息化项目的进度管理作为研究对象,以项目管理理论与项目管理知识为工具,针对山东中烟营销信息化项目进度管理的特点及存在问题进行深层次分析,并以此为基础提出了加强山东中烟营销信息化项目进度管理的对策,即要完善项目进度控制的方法,又要制定科学的项目进度保障措施。希望本文的相关研究可以为山东中烟营销信息化项目进度管理的不断进步与完善提供有效的借鉴和参考,促进以后项目进度管理工作可以更规范、更科学地进行。 | |
| 英文摘要: | China's tobacco enterprises are in the transforming stage from a traditional industry into a modern enterprise. Informatization of the marketing project in the tobacco industry shall be the route to conduct modern marketing and accomplish its scientific management. Ever since the separation between industry and commerce in the industry, its market competition becomes even fiercer, and all industrial companies put more and more investment in field of market informatization, thus enhances construction in the project informatization process. Yet due to ineffective project progress management at the stage of informatization construction in the enterprise, it can not find out such problem areas as non-accomplishment of the project according to the time schedule, resources needed for the project can not be satisfied,and further that resources fitted are not reasonable, which influences the sound implementation of the project, thus the aftermath becomes that low management level occurred in project informatization of the enterprise. The success of marketing informatization of a tobacco enterprise must depend on the progress of the project management both practical and feasible to ensure the effective completion of the whole project objectives. Project progress management of marketing informatization in the tobacco enterprise refers basing on structural separation of the whole project plus its design, and under such preconditions that environment and resources have been fully achieved, then to compile its correlation chart of the marketing informatization project, further to finish compiling time schedule and network flow chart for the informatization project in order to ensure the smooth accomplishment of this reference plan. Formation of this project plan and its implementation of the various tasks may be influenced partly by human, technology, capital, environmental factors, and so on so forth, yet human factors shall become the main interference sources during the process of the project plan execution. By analyzing its impacts, one can effectively avoid risks and guarantee the sound implementation to the accurate formation for the project plan. This article takes Shandong Tobacco Industrial Co., Ltd. marketing informatization project progress management as the object of study, base on the exploration of project management theory and project management knowledge as a tool, aims at deepening analysis to the characteristics of this project progress management and problem areas and base on above, we propose a way to deal with Shandong’s marketing informatization project progress management and its existing problems. That is, to give proposals of countermeasues as to strengthening Shandong’s marketing informatization project progress management, to perfect methods of project progress control and work out scientific measures of safeguards for the project progress. Relevant studies of this article hopes to provide references of progree and perfection for Shandong’s marketing informatization project progress management, thus to promote such a project progress management more standardized and more scientific. | |
