中文摘要: | 项目管理团队是为项目的管理而组建的团队。项目管理团队建设是指将正在进行的项目管理团队成员通过某种方式组织起来,以实现项目的目标,这也是项目经理和项目团队的共同责任。通过项目管理团队建设可以在更加开放和自信的气氛中,使得队员们增强团结感和归属感,激发团队成员的强烈愿望,推动项目目标的实现。 烟草行业随着技术改造的不断深入而持续发展壮大,易地技术改造是烟草企业在规模、装备、效益等方面上水平的一个重要手段。本文紧紧围绕济南卷烟厂易地技改项目管理团队建设这一主题,从以下方面进行阐述。一是从西方项目管理理论和团队理论、我国项目管理理论和团队理论两个方面,提出项目团队建设理论综述;二是通过对济南卷烟厂易地技改项目管理团队建设现状及存在问题的分析,提出济南卷烟厂易地技改项目管理团队建设的对策和措施;三是探讨了济南卷烟厂易地技改项目管理团队建设的主要理论支撑,提出更应关注市场经济下烟草企业团队建设方面面临的重大变化;四是重点讨论了在目前经济体制下,建设高效项目团队的系统工作,包括组织建设、目标建设、团队精神建设、沟通管理、冲突管理等内容。 本文通过有针对性的易地技改项目管理团队建设的研究和探索,以推广并有效应用,确保项目质量,加快建设周期,提高社会、经济效益,以最终实现项目建设的目标。 | |
英文摘要: | Project management team is one that manages the project. Project management team building aims at organizing all members in this project management team and realizing its final goal as a continuous process. It’s the obligation of both the project manager and the project team. Project management team building can create an even more open and self-confident atmosphere making all team members a sense of unity and belonging, thus stimulating team members such a strong desire to make contributions for the project goal. With the steady deepening of technological transformation, our tobacco industry continuously develops and becomes stronger. Out –of-the-spot technological transformation shall be the key tool in the upgradings of enterprise scale, equipments and efficiency, etc. This article shall closely oriented on the subject of management team building for the out of the spot technological transformation project of tobacco enterprises and shall carry on the elaboration from the following aspects. Firstly, to propose theoretical statement on project team construction from the point of view combining both East and West countries in their project management theory and team theory. Secondly, through analysis to the status que of present tobacco enterprises in their out of the spot technological transformation project management team, therefore to propose methods and measures for the project management team building in the tobacco industry out of the spot technological transformation. Thirdly, explores the chief theoretical supports to the project management team building in the tobacco industry out of spot technological transformation. It further proposes all important changes in areas of team building of tobacco enterprises in today’s market economy. Fourthly, It mainly explores that in today’s market economy mechanism, how to build a highly effective project team, including such that organizational, goal, team spirits, communication management, conflict management and so on. Through targeted research and exploration to the out of the spot technological transformation of project management team building in this article, it ensures its effective practice, guarantees project quality, fastens project construction cycle, promotes both social and economic efficiency, hence to finally realize the goal of the project construction. | |
