| 中文摘要: | 本文通过对航天器配套项目的质量管理相关概念的梳理和初步的理论研究,对航天器配套项目质量标准的规划原则、目标进行分析,结合宇航器配套项目的独特性分析,以四类基线的质量标准规划为本文的主要研究方向,紧紧围绕三阶段质量管理的共性因素,结合质量保证在项目设计、试制、测试、检验、交付等各环节所需开展的质量活动,找出影响项目产出物质量的各个因素,并在项目开始时进行充分的质量标准规划活动,在过程中确保各项质量活动符合质量标准规划的要求,最终达到项目质量受控的目标,归纳并总结了适用于宇航器配套产品的质量管理及保证方法。通过对质量保证相关理论的研究,结合目前正在开展的探月三期电源产品研制的实际情况,以理论结合实践的方法,使本文的理论成果进一步在实践中接受检验。通过对该项目各阶段的设计、试制、测试、检验与交付活动中的质量标准规划和实施研究,并持续改进,本文的研究成果能够较好的适用于探月三期工程的配套电源产品。这些研究工作使得该项目的研制过程中的质量问题发生的数量有效减少,使产品技术及管理风险有效降低。最后,达到帮助组织提升最终项目产出物质量的目的,实施方法简单、高效,降低项目产出物质量问题发生的概率,使其质量受控,风险可接受。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Through the preliminary concept theoretical study and analysis of programming principle and objective of a complete set of quality management of spacecraft project as well as the combination of the analysis of exclusive features of the spacecraft project, this article based on the four categories baseline quality standard planning as the main research direction. The main theme hinges around the three stages of quality management of common factors combined with the quality assurance in the project design, manufacture, testing, inspection, delivery activity of QC project to find the factors which affect the result of this project. This project went through a strict planning at the beginning and during the experience this process ensure that all quality activities comply with the requirements of quality standards from planning in order to meet the objective of QC which summarized which QC management is suitable to a complete spacecraft product. To ensure the theoretical result be tested in practice, this article integrating theory with practice based on the related theoretical research of QC combined with the actual situation of the lunar phase 3 of the power supply product development experience. Through every stage of the project design, manufacture, testing, inspection and delivery activities in quality standard planning and implementation, with continuous improvement, the research achievements of this paper can be more applicable to three stages of the moon auxiliary power supply products. This research make less project quality control problems in developing process and reduce the risk of technology management which helps to meet high quality product of this project. This implementation is simple and efficient, reduce probability of scrap make the quality under control and a acceptable risk. | |
