中文摘要：	世界经济的发展始终伴随着大量的能源消耗，在当今的大规模工业化生产中煤炭、石油、天然气等基础性能源发挥着关键性作用。作为世界最大煤炭生产国与消费国，煤炭目前已占到我国能源需求的70%。随着我国对煤炭资源保护利用的逐步深入，引入国际煤炭资源尤其是国内缺乏的优质主焦煤，满足越来越大的煤炭需求，将成为现实需要。在这种环境下拥有大量未开发主焦煤储藏的蒙古成为国内企业关注的焦点，许多企业开始了对蒙古资源的开发活动，蒙古焦煤基本上占据了我国焦煤进口的主导地位。 　　　虽然近年中蒙煤炭贸易量大幅上升，但中国企业在国际煤炭开发领域仍然处于摸索阶段，从事煤炭运输与贸易的企业自身的运营和管理仍不够完善。如何更好的利用蒙古煤炭资源，实现物流通畅，合理配置，对缓解能源紧张局面和提升企业竞争力具有重要意义。本文选择中国甘其毛都口岸三和公司作为对象进行研究。对中蒙煤炭物流的现状和三和公司物流发展的内外部环境进行分析，提出三和公司中蒙跨国煤炭物流发展战略，结合运输与仓储相关理论给出三和公司中蒙煤炭跨境运输业务改进方案及实施措施，提出建设性意见。深入研究三和公司煤炭跨境运输的现状和发展趋势，通过改善物流及仓储管理的方法，为企业进一步提升谋求更有力的竞争力，同时为从事跨国道路运输的企业提供借鉴。 　　　本论文主要做了以下工作：1.对中蒙煤炭物流发展现状进行了分析；2.对三和公司的外部环境和内部环境进行了较为详细的分析，并提出三和公司物流发展中遇到的问题；3.运用物流战略相关理论，结合三和公司现状，提出了三和公司物流发展战略；4.物流战略实施中的重点——运输和仓储两方面，对三和公司中蒙跨国煤炭物流所遇问题给出解决方法。
英文摘要：	The development of the world economy is always accompanied by a large amount of energy consumption. In the large-scale industrial production today, coal, oil, natural gas and other primary energy plays a key role. As the world's largest coal producer and consumer, coal has accounted for 70% of China's energy demand. 　　　With the more and more coal resource protection and utilization in our country, the introduction of international coal resources, especially high-quality coking coal which is very rare in China in order to meet the needs of domestic market, will become a realistic need. In this environment, Mongolia which has significant untapped coking coal storage has become the focus of attention of domestic enterprises. Many enterprises began to develop Mongolia resources. Mongolia coking coal basically occupied the dominant position of China's coking coal imports. 　　　Although the Sino-Mongolian trade volume of coal increased substantially in recent years, Chinese enterprises in the field of international coal development is still in the exploratory stage, operation and management in the coal transportation and trade is not perfect. How to make better use of Mongolia coal resources, bring out logistics patency and reasonable configuration, is of great significance to ease the energy shortage situation and enhance the competitiveness of domestic enterprises. In this article, we choose Sanhe company in China Ganqimaodu Port as object of study. 　　　We analyzes the current status of the coal logistics and internal and external environment of Sanhe’s logistics development, and put forward multinational coal logistics development strategy of this company. Combined with the transportation and warehousing related theory, we propose cross-border transport business improvement programs and measures and constructive views of Sanhe company. By means of study of the present situation and development trend of cross-border transport, and improving the method of logistics and warehousing management, we help this company to further pursuit more powerful competitiveness, and provide references for other enterprises who engaged in international road transport. 　　　This thesis includes: 1.Analysis coal logistics development status; 2. Analysis external and internal environment of Sanhe in detail, and put forward the problems Sanhe encountered tin logistics development; 3. By using the related theories of logistics strategy, combined with Sanhe’s current situation, we put forward logistics development strategy of this company. 4. Focus on the implementation of logistics strategy in two aspects -- transportation and storage, we propose methods to solve the problems Sanhe encountered in the international coal logistics.
