中文摘要:从我国经济发展的经验来看,知识经济将逐步占居国民经济的主导地位。为此,在中国企业发展面临着挑战,但同时也催生出很多的发展机遇。在知识经济的大环境下,我国越来越多的企业认识到竞争的关键是各企业人的竞争,同时也认识到人力资源开发在企业生存和发展中的重要作用。在知识经济时代的大背景下,中国生产型企业已经从简单的制造向更加精细化的管理转变,所生产的产品也从满足国内需求向全球化运行转变,越来越多的企业将战略转向立足于国内积极开发海外市场,为全球用户提供高质量,人性化,科技含量高的创新性产品和服务。科技创新在中国企业发展中的作用越来越重要,科学技术已经成为最大的生产力,同时也成为推动企业发展的至关重要的因素。本文正是在此背景下,展开对JDF公司技术人员培训设计的研究。论文首先对所需的基础理论进行了分析,然后对JDF公司技术人员培训体系的现状与问题进行了分析,在此基础上针对JDF公司的问题对公司的培训需求的收集方式进行的优化,将组织需求和个人需求相结合,更加有针对性的对JDF公司培训体系进行了构建,并对构建中的一系列具体内容进行了较为详尽的分析,并对培训体系运行的实施要素进行更专业化的设计,包括培训项目的设计和实施,培训评估的方法以及培训效果的转化等等。最后从组织保障和培训平台保障两个方面提出了保障这个体系持续运行的一些具体措施。总体上而言,通过论文的研究对企业培训体系的设计方式的优化有一定的意义,同时对于指导高科技制造业技术员工培训体系的构建具有实际价值。 
英文摘要:From China's economic development experience, the knowledge economy will gradually occupy the leading position of the national economy. This makes the development of Chinese enterprises facing challenges, but also created many development opportunities. In the environment of knowledge economy, more and more enterprises of China realize that the key of enterprise's competition is human resource competition, while recognizing the important role of human resources development in the existence and development of enterprises. In the era of knowledge economy, Chinese enterprises have changed from simple manufacturing to a more refined management. Their products also run from meeting domestic demand to globalization. More and more enterprises make their strategy base on domestic and to develop overseas market actively, providing the world with high quality, high technology, innovative products and services. Science and technology innovation play an important role in the development of Chinese enterprises. Science and technology have become the biggest productivity, also become a crucial factor to promote the development of the enterprise.Under this background, the article is to research the design of JDF company technical staff training. Firstly, the author analyses the basic theory required, then present situation and problems of training system in JDF company technical staff. On this basis, the article carried out the following research : 1) Optimizing the collection method of JDF company's training needs, 2) Combining the demand of company and individual, 3) Making more targeted construction of training system in JDF company, 4) Analyzing a series of specific content in details. 5) Designing specialized on operation elements of training system, including the design and implementation of training programs, training evaluation and transforming the training effect. 6) Setting specific measures to guarantee the system running continuously from two aspects: the organization security and training platform security. Overall, this thesis has significance to optimize enterprise training system design, also has practical value for constructing high-tech manufacturing technical staff training system.
